I really love the "NO" its like, well, everything we fear. Its like the "Never more" from poe. Its the fear that everything we do or may do will just be ruined by a simple "No" The "No" being said by people, or even life itself "No" its the most powerful word.

Great sounds, they are touching something very deep in my soul... I imagine rainy autumn days, lonely valleys, wet bricks... It is evening of november's day...

@Joshua Minshull Ah.. I don't know what's going on exactly, but whatever happened, know that you're stronger than it. Depair is.. not a nice thing to fall into. Trust me. Remember to eat at least two meals daily, and to hydrate with every meal. Take care of yourself, and be sure to congratulate yourself for doing so. You deserve it! If you ever feel the temptation to self-harm, here's a tip. Self-harm is one of the ways our bodies artificially produce endorphins, but there are other things that produce endorphins that may take away your desire to self-harm. Try having a chocolate, or doing something that brings you joy. Stay safe, pal. ♡

@Joshua Minshull Glad that helped at least a little. Also if you feel yourself starting to spiral, try biting into something sour. It surprisingly helps a lot. Basically just kinda snaps your brain out of it because instead of focusing on the pain, you're now focusing on why the fuck you put something this bad into your mouth.

I could be majorly overreaching here, but the "No" name of this track represents more to me than a simple response to a question... the sinister, cruel, and overall "lost" sound of the piano perfectly describes how it feels to be on the receiving end of the malevolence of a man (or a woman, for that matter) who doesn't understand what the word "no" means. The helplessness; the fear; the crying out for someone to help you, only to be met with the resounding sound of doubt and indifference... that was what was brought to my mind as I listened to this beautiful piece. The pain; the sorrow; the anger, building up inside- the feeling that you can never trust another soul again. For this very reason, this track was both wonderful and heart-stabbingly painful to listen to... it perfectly encapsulated all of my deepest, darkest emotions, and presented them in a way that even I could understand them better- it forced me to realize the darkness that still lurks in my own heart. This is definitely one of the best compositions I've listened to in a long time!! Thank you, Lucas!!

You don't have to take anything from anybody else... there are people in this world who look at a kind soul, and immediately see weakness- they see us as doormats to do their bidding. But there comes a point for all of us that we just have to stop and say "NO." I had to have a similar conversation with my father a few months ago... and I can definitely say, this is the best I've been mentally in years! No more stress, no more constant blows from left field... it's all over now, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad you found the strength to stand up to her- you deserve so much better!

It‘s a bit darker than what I usually write, but here you go. „No, no, no." I repeat quietly to myself. The off white padded walls are driving me crazy. The corners seem to blend seamlessly together and there is no sign of a door, but I know there has to be one. They say I'm insane, but I can't be! I've never hurt anyone! But then why am I sitting here, on the floor of a dimly lit cell? I stand up and pace a zig zag on the floor. I won't let them make me insane. „No, no, no." my voice sounds so forign in my ears, despite my frequent vocalizations. I pace the words with my steps, a steady rhythm. I start to lose focus after a minute of this, my mind wandering back to that dark space. „No, No, No." I quicken my breathing and the words fall out of sync. I have to avoid patterns and stay busy, or I'll go crazy faster. I won’t let them take my sanity. Sighing, I close my mouth and sit facing the wall with the door. Or where I think the door is. Maybe it's on the other wall? What if it's on the wall behind me? What direction was I facing earlier? Thoughts cloud my head in a jumble, but above it all I still hear that quiet „No, no, no."

Hmm everyone talking about the negative feels of this. For me this seems more like a defiant "No" to a world gone mad and refusing to walk onto the funny farm without a fight. XD Basically this seems like a nice theme song for a Crow like revenant anti-hero. But maybe that's just me lol. Great work as always dark piano master.

"No" The embodiment of unwillingness and refusal. The word is passed around from day to day, from user to user, as if like a contagious disease flocking to new hosts. The refusal to do a simple chore, or the denial of service in one's own favor. Sometimes the word "no" is the only thing that saves us from agony. Ignorance is bliss; in any world no matter its default awareness, that much is always true. Unfortunately, there are some fates too grisly, too hopeless to realize. We refuse to bear the catastrophe our actions bring, the lives and good we raze. Reality is nothing if it is not cruel and unforgiving; but such moral misdemeanors are not so without those of us who wrought them. With every deed of moral goodness there is one that outshines it with a dark shadow, and all beings bring upon both entities, unable to escape their own mistakes and imperfections and failures--- And so we ignore, and deny. We deny ourselves, our beliefs, our identities, all these crucially significant things that define our very being, just to bear with what terror we may use in the foundation.
