It is playable jg/mid/adc/supp since you are guranteed fights but I personally dont think it's good, won't flame ya if you take it tho! Secondary 100% up to you

Surprised immobile brand teemo didnt get camped by heca charging through tribush. Wait til you get a draven with yuumi or karma. Then Brand's skillshots will be dodged and he will be 3shoted. Lucky game
