Heljarmadr is my favorite Dark Funeral vocalist. He is amazing live after seeing them in Calgary 🇨🇦 on Nov.15th . Has an amazing scream, articulates the words well and has awesome stage presence

This guy right here, hes such a great performer, hope he sticks around for a long time

Yo I'm so glad he brought up the band Mgla cause they're absolutely amazing. This guy seems very knowledgeable about the music he makes and the genre itself. Very humble and laid back. Where Shadows forever Reign is such a great record front to back! Dude has some great pronunciation.

Got to say i enjoy'd this interview very much. The questions were just right and the answers refreshing. Especially the filling of Caligulas shoes, and in my opinion the Where Shadows Forever Reign is Dark Funeral's best album up to date and full of atmosphere.

Heljarmadr has done a fantastic job of pumping new life into the band after Caligula left. The last album (first with him on) is arguably thier finest work. He's also great live.

I've been listening to Dark Funeral since the "Secrets of the Black Arts" days. Great band, and they quite often don't get the respect they deserve, or too many people see them as a "joke black metal band". I like all incarnations of the band, and I thought "Where Shadows..." is a great record. Thanks for the interview! Also, I love how he just shrugs off the labeling of music to genres and basically says if you like, you like it, and who cares what anyone else thinks. Lots of respect for that!

Listen to Atrum Regina, Bloodfrozen, Thy Legions Come, Attera Totus Sanctus, The Eternal Eclipse, My Latex Queen, 666 Voices Inside... They are some of my favourites. There's many more though.

Where Shadows Forever Reign is a great cd,reminds me of the older Dark Funeral I am looking forward to their next cd.

Very interesting interview... i´ve been listening Dark Funeral since 2001, and my favorite album is The Secrets of the Black arts.

Really interesting interview

Cool interview, Gra are a great band, their record Ending (2015) is awesome, nice atmosphere to it.I do like it when bands sing in their native tongue, he should slip in some Swedish lyrics for Dark Funeral.

Good interview!! I stop listening to Dark Funeral for years, it was just the same album after album but when this guy join the band and the new album is very good and the band live with him sounds fuckin good 🤘

Saw DF during their 25 year anniversary tour last year. I've always been a fan of Caligula and thought Heljamadr is just a shadow of him but he really exceeded my expectations after their performance. Heljamadr is a great choice by DF.

I saw Dark Funeral in Venezuela on his 2011 tour, I was eager to see them with their new vocalist (Nachtgarm) and they gave an impressive show ... now I hope to see them in Argentina (where I am now) with this new vocalist that I have seen in videos and his voice seems to me very bestial !! by the way interesting interview as always.. I love Gra, the band contributed 2 of their songs from Väsen in my newest horror film Holland Road Massacre. Been working with Heljarmadr since and he is currently doing music for my film In april Veronika. He is a great dude.
