I mean I'd like a few more than 9, maybe 12, but even if the show ends up being The Boys-tier good 18 episodes would be kind of lengthy.

9 is perfect. The Boys was exciting with 8. If Daredevil can approximate that, wow.

Sounds more like 30 min 18 episode to 1 hour 9 episodes.

So it's save to say that they never further nerfed him but bluff him up alot more

It will be fine. They never ruined the character. The character u know and love is still there The show is canon to the Netflix series They brought in people from the Netflix series since the creative overhaul. The new showrunner worked on Punisher and wrote the new episodes of Born Again

ever since they decided to retool the entire show, this became their plan; to cut the 18-ep season into two 9-ep seasons... yeah because of budget & time, when they made the decision they had about 5 eps worth of show, they reshot the first episode & shot 3 more eps worth of stuff to round out the first 9. if they then shot the remaining 9 we wouldn't get the show for like an extra two years.

I just hope with all the cuts and reworkings that it doesn't feel disjointed, and that we don't get a whole episode that is just a recap like in Echo

I hope this show explains why Ronin didn't go after Fisk

For most shows it's about the budget and going past 9 episodes is usually too expensive.

Netflix and cw usually had WAY too many episodes per season. Dd sounds like the right amount.

It'll probably do well within the 9 ep timeframe, but because it takes so very long between seeing anything Daredevil & the next one, then I'd rather have more episodes and have something ling and juicy to chew on rather than a quick binge then a lkng dry spell

No it's the right amount. We are not about to repeat the same mistake as the Marvel Netflix shows. Unless u forgotten within said 13 episodes, it was nothing but unnecessary filler and canon fodder that hinders the pacing That has been the number one complaint from across the board. Better to split those 18 episodes into two seasons, than faced those problems again

I still think 9 episodes is to little. 18 is a little much maybe but I think they should have just stuck with 13 episodes likNetflix. As long as this gets at least a season 2, hopefully season 3 as well then its fine, just don't really hope there isn't a 2 1/2 year gap

U don't have to watch. Ironheart was always going to be a thing nor does it ruin the possibility of a revival of Luke Cage or Jessica Jones U may not want it, but people have interest in it especially Ryan Coogler who's involved in the show

Guve staff two months off and go back to finish the season, because the messed Marvel messed up the fans suffer, OK the second season should be fourteen episodes.

Bruh Marvel is so trash at delivering when they super hype up their stuff. I remember Kevin feige boasting that yes it was going to be 18 episodes long 1 season. Now only for that hype to go nowhere and end up being drastically reduced. Typical marvel for them to set up something well only for it to be forgotten about or poorly delivered

Disagree and I'm sorry but y'all wanted this 18 episodes was never going to work for 1 season. It's best to split it into two seasons and not be overstuffed Also, the hype is still there. Since the creative overhaul, it's more what u wanted from Daredevil. It won't be poorly delivered when they change stuff to your demand They got Netflix folks working on it and it is canon to the Netflix series
