Another nice review and very halpfull for us, because we are planning to buy a roof top tent in spring 2020. So every tent review is very helpfull for as as newbies. Again, thx a lot ... thumbs up and subscribed as well ;-)

Very good review! Im looking to buy my first rooftop tent and looked at this exact model, i was wondering what type of rooftop bars i would need, do i only need 2 mounting points or more?

Most of the time two are fine, but three can be better for more weight. Follow the advice of the manufacturer in this. I have mine on a roofrack. Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs

A tip: it seems like te Velcro strap inside the tent on the bottom floor can stick to the matrass, i think if you put the velcro over the insolation mattras (15mm) then you can still stick the matrass to the velcro

Goeie reviews! Staat er ook een test van de Maggiolina rooftoptent (airlander of grand tour) op het programma? Blijven toch de meest geziene daktenten op campnigs doorheen Europa.

Beste Jan, sorry voor het late antwoord maar ik was ook even echt weg ;-). Nee, fabrikant heb ik nog niet zo gek gekregen. Maar ik heb er een gehad. Zwaar, stevig en in mijn ogen te duur voor wat het was. maar dat was een oude tweedehands. Ik zal de fabrikant nog eens benaderen. En bij meer vragen over daktenten: bel gerust. Groet, Gijs

@@OutdoorguruGearReviews James Baroud zouden kennelijk het neusje van de zalm zijn, interessanter ook dan de Maggiolina owv de vele "vensters" rondom. Wel prijzig ook.

@@janfwhatever M en JB hebben inderdaad een naam hoog te houden. Ik vond destijds het slingertje niet snel genoeg. Daktent.nl voer ze en ik zal ze nog eens vriendelijk vragen of er eentje mag testen. Groet, Gijs
