I love how Sting brought up Cody.
That Last Supper is one of the best pinning moves ever. All wrestlers use their legs to kick out but not only does it stop you from kicking out, it's your own weight being pulled down. Very brilliant move.

@@ritikroy5988connecting with people is easy when you’re 120 and do dives. Similar to Jeff Hardy. Weird and emo but people feel bad hence get behind him. Example: he’s had 7 incidents being drunk and came back last AEW, all the comments are about how they “HOPE” he’ll stay. His promos have always been trash but people like dives. Show a casual submissions and rest holds and they’ll never watch wrestling. If you can’t cut promos, you do daredevil stuff for pops and people enjoy that. One factor.

I actually really liked this match, Darby and Swerve just have such natural chemistry together The reverse rana off the apron was insane, and honestly should have been a match ender, but I still liked the match otherwise. I'm really glad they didn't go TOO overboard with the Mogul BS.

I 100% agree about that reverse apron-rrana ending the match. If you’re going to beat Swerve , that’s where you do it. Everything afterward made him and his group look like a bunch of chumps. Good match otherwise, though. I agree 👍🏻

Tony Kahn is clueless. He just allowed swerve to lose to Darby, a mid card talent at best.
Swerve Strickland is everything I love about pro wrestling, in one package... The potential is undeniable, he is going to be a big, big player in AEW, whether Tony envisions it or not... The guy just has... it.
Darby was ON last night. I mean he's always ON but he was ON ON if you know what I mean.
