Our first ever visit to a city in Mindanao turned out to be a great beginning to this part of our travel adventure. Dapitan City has a relaxed friendly vibe with lots of public green space, big old trees, cool historical homes, and the shrines and monuments to Dr. Jose Rizal that the town is famous for.
