Season 1, the best!! Simon and Dafne best couple of all. They were the reason I decided watch the rest of the series.

Completely agree! They propelled the show to top of everyone's list. I particularly enjoyed them when they "promenade". It's the relationship we all strive for in life. Friendship first then passionate love with said friendship. I've only just started watching series 2 but I hope it'll be just as entertaining and I fall in love again.

For you of course but for others there are plenty who prefer them and how their love story played out on screen. They at least had more screen time and development for them as a couple and as characters compared to Colin and Penelope who I actually like as well.
