In Australia if you walk from an open prison they charge you with escaping custody your straight away into max security cop about 5 years n you never get a low,open classification again its just a real dumb thing to do he must of been close to full time bein in a open classo,,just thought id add me bit i stumbled across you yammy on u tube like the way ya keep it real so from an ex aussie crim to an ex pommy crim Gday mate👍🏼

I've just finished 3 years in jail and knew a few ipp prisoners in Hmp Highpoint who were had done over 20 years for minor crimes with not a D cat prison or possible release in sight. And they had done x amount of courses to try and get free. Then Danny Gee gets in prime position... A rare position being an ipp and open prison, which is literally the road to release and he does one. Should have seen it out in Dcat and would have been free in the not too distant future. Now back in C cat at a minimum.

True my man. Also lots n lots of ipp fellas/lifers have seen it through, got out of a Dcat, just to be recalled over minor stuff and sometimes just Nonsensical stuff. It's easy to understand doing the Frank Boff when the Chances are yer probably gonna end up back behind the doors anyhow!

IPP has been scrapped now. No longer can the courts give IPP Sentence. Likelihood is they started getting all the current IPP prisoners inside who have done a long time, into cat Ds, this would explain why danny was there. Been a lot of noise about it. They changed the law so they cant be given out, but as yet haven't done anything about the ones currently serving them. So hopefully your mates have a light at end of tunnel soon

I got 21 days for absconding from Hatfield cat D in 2004. He'll probably get about same, then recatogorized to hopefully cat c, he's got to be due for release over next year or two.

The thing is i reckon. He couldnt get much help from people, because he is too high profile and like a hot potato. Unless he has millions of pounds, to pay for peoples help to get away, even his (so called) friends wouldnt want to help him. Every one of his associates outside prison, that could possibly have the heart or love/respect to help him, would have their phones and houses under surveillance. I dont think any one could do much even if they wanted to.

Nice to see you outside Yammy, lovely day. I'm no hard man - I haven't been near cat A but have done the NW prisons, Altcourse (lovely!)Risley and that. I'm after advice Yammy, cause i think you know how people work, and also you can speak clearly about your childhood traumas, whereas I can't even say the words I just dissolve into a massive pile of snot, so I believe you are a man of substance. And what I want to know how to get off the fucking floor. When the world is one steaming pile of shit and every single bit off me hurts, how do I find the will to fight? My mate died last week and I am broken - smashed to fuck properly. Whilst dealing with his affairs his horrible family (that he never talked about except to snarl, and who haven't been to see him in 3 years!) forced their way into my house and took stuff, and then went over to his house and took his stuff! Then the police arrest me suspected of burglary, 13 hours in a cell before interview, (when I got in that cell it just reeks of prison, it's the same shit coffee) Bailed 2.30 am 20 mile away from where I was arrested. And this geezer that died - he wasn't a normal man, yeah he had tattoos on his hands but he was polite, he was kind, he wasn't rascist, he was a very gentleman but strong! The guy's dying of cancers and he's down Halfords with them saying they returned his money (they fucking didn't) shouting at them. Some knobhead grabs him telling him he's off duty old bill, next thing my pals got this guy by the throat off the floor, telling him to wind it in - I love this man Yammy. Last September we all get Covid - he needs a pal to help him (oh yeah - he's 70) and I start to look in everyday. Christmas he's on the kitchen floor crying (forgive me bro!), turns out it wasn't nerve damage from a lobectomy but fucking inoperable cancers- 3 of them, he never got the chance to save his own life! March 1st this year he comes out of a cubicle with a bag of food sachets and 6 month to live, he doesn't live 6 month he died last thursday. He confronted and embraced the pain fucking off his meds for a clearer head - this was one seriouse dude! Our friends were pleased my Mrs a little jealouse, I've never loved another man (not even my dad) it was no gay thing, and now I just want to be smashed over the head with a hammer. Dibble and rats bruv. I believe we ' have a duty to those who love us' and my Mrs spent bundles keeping me in actual weed (mostley) not spice last time inside and she loves me so there's no question of hitting the self destruct button. But I'm low bro, I can't find the go button grief has done me in. Being working class means my brief is dogshit and I have to do my own defense, but I can't be arsed right now, there's J ash all down me I look a fucking sight and I can't stop crying. Tell me bruv, on your worst day, how did you get up? Serious.

Very popular in summer because everyone sits outside on the banks of the canal, they call it Top Lock because of its location of the canal locks. Maybe he was living on a houseboat. Also just over the bridge the canal goes into Haigh Hall grounds which is like all woodland in places so it’s extremely quiet. I’m okay. How are you? And yes I hope they are lenient him, he will most likely have had mental health issues and just couldn’t take anymore of being inside. By all accounts all those Gee lads had a terrible upbringing. 😢 xx

Wow it's absolutely scorching hot in Heysham, and I can't even go out for too long, coz of Roscoe especially cos he's black. 💙.

Very, very quiet around there. Google Haigh Hall country park, Hindley Hall Golf Club, America Wood, Borsdane Wood, Kirkless Hall pub, New Springs, Aspull, Wigan and Top Lock Wigan, Leeds and Liverpool Canal. All that should give you an idea about the area. ❤️❤️
