Well, out of curiosity what do you like about it? And more importantly, what do you think of the music? Does it sound like music from a horror movie 😄?
Love but the master closet could be bigger
Obviously, anybody can utilize rooms any way they choose, however having a casual dinning area steps away from an island with additional seating and then being only steps away from a formal dinning area seems rather redundant.

Well, this is only a model. If you want to move the formal dining room to a different location you can definitely have that done. Also, is this the only new construction builder that you’re considering? There are others that can accommodate your request.

How far drive is Westlake to Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington?

Wellington is actually very close. Its only 10-20 mins away from WestLake. While Palm Beach Gardens is further east, so its 30-40 mins away. Planning on moving to WestLake soon?

@@hirsch4real201 I agree 💯 😁. As the saying goes: “if you fail to plan, then plan to fail”. Well I’m glad you are interested in WestLake. What are some other areas that you are interested in? I’m looking to add new content would like some input from my viewers about potential areas to showcase. Port St Lucie is another area that I will be highlighting.
