Does Cresswind have 2 bedrooms plus den with 2 bathrooms? That would be more affordable and efficient for a 55+ community without kids.

Avenir is more expensive. Arden is an all ages community with ~2500 homes and that's very apparent when you see the clubhouse. Each are very different and I usually go over the differences and which would be a better fit with clients during our first appointment to save time and focus on the right homes/communities.

Quick tip: Raphael puts the price of EVERY home in the thumbnail or description of every video. This way he can easily edit the price as the builder adjusts their rates! That means we’ll always have the most up to date price!
