(1.) 3.2% ante 140 కోట్ల జనాభాలో వర్కింగ్ జనాభా 50 Cr అందులో 1.6 కోట్లు govt employees ఉన్నారు. మరి మిగిలిన 96.8% అంటే 138.4 కోట్ల ప్రజలు. ఎవరు ఎక్కువ టాక్స్ లు కడుతున్నారు.......? ఈ ప్రజలు టాక్స్ లు కడితెనే నువ్వు, నిన్ను పోషించే గవ్నమెంట్ బ్రతుకుతుంది. (2). OPS వల్ల కలిగే నష్టం ప్రజలకు అది ఎలా.? అవెరేజ్ గ ఒక లో గ్రేడ్ govt employee retirement టైమ్ కి 60k to 90k salary. 62+ తరువాత 75 years వరకు బ్రతుకుతారు అనుకుంటే 15 yeas pension ఇస్తారు అనుకుందాం. Salary lo 1/3 pension + benifits ఏవరేజ్ గ ఒక 60k వేసుకున్న X 15 years ante 180 months = 1 కోటి 8 లక్షలు/ పర్ పర్సన్. అలా 1.6 కోట్ల మంది ఎంప్లాయిస్ కి అంటే 10,800,000 x 1.6 crore employees = ఎంత అవుతాది లెక్కకేసుకో. ( 1.72800000000E14 ) అలా ఆ డబ్బు ఎవరు ఇవ్వాలి,.? దానికి ఇంట్రెస్ట్ ఎవరు ఇవ్వాలి,.? ఆ డబ్బు సమకూర్చడానికి ఎంత టాక్స్ కట్టాలి..?

Sir iam state govt employee, i observed in nps account allocation is 15%equity, 85% debt.. Fund allocation option is not giving, so we get 8% per annum, inflation is 6%. So we loose.. So plz think about allocation strategy..

I am a private employee so no pension for me. One issue with new pension is there is no guarantee that the amount will compound as you are projecting. Something like minimum (50% of last drawn salary) this amount of pension is ideal.

For every job category in India there is minimum education qualification required. I am wondering why there is no qualification criteria in India if they have to be elected as MLA/ MP. Sadly we are electing most of the members who doesn't know the meaning of adminstration and good governance. Ofcourse in past during independence moment most of the people were fighting for independence , now it's been 75 years after independence and there is no change in this part.

Then how can Possible State Development...? ఉద్యోగుల జీతాలు తగ్గించడo మంచి నిర్ణయం జగన్ గారు చేసిన మంచిపని ఇదే. ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు ను రద్దు చేయాలి. జాబ్ చేయకుండా ఉద్యమాలు చేసే వారిని జాబ్ నుండి తొలగించాలి. నెలకు 10 వేలు ఇస్తే కాంట్రాక్ట్ పద్ధతి లో పనిచేయడానికి లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగులు రెడి గా వున్నారు. సామాన్య ,పేద, మధ్యతరగతి , వారు నెలకి 10,15, 20, వేలతో చక్కాగ బ్రతుకు తున్నారు. లక్షలలో జీతాలు, లంచాలు , అయిన చాలడం లేదట. ఇంకా పెచాలంట. PRC ...లను రద్దు చేయాలి.మళ్ళీ CPS ...ఎందుకు ? 62 సం. లు వరకూ రిటైర్డ్ మెంట్ వయసు పొడిగించకూడదు. రియల్ ఎస్టేట్, ఫైనాన్స్, అన్ని వ్యాపారాలు వీళ్ళే చేస్తున్నారు. ఇంకా రాజకీయాలు.వీళ్లకి ఓటు హక్కు తీసేయాలి. కొందరు మెడికల్ లీవ్ పెట్టి రాజకీయాలు లో తిరుగున్నారు.కొందరు బిల్డర్స్ గా , కాంట్రాక్టర్లు మారి కోట్ల మీద వ్యాపారాలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఒక్కడు నీతి గా డ్యూటీ చేయడు. బడ్జెట్ వీళ్ళకే చాలడం లేదు.ఇక ప్రజా సంక్షేమం ఎక్కడ ?అభివృద్ధి ఎక్కడ ? ప్రజా ధనం అంతా జీతాలు, పెన్షన్స్ కే చాలడం లేదు. Government నే బ్లాక్ మెయిల్ చేస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రం అప్పుల్లో ఉంది. ఎలా జీతాలు పెంచుతారు ? ఉద్యోగులు వల్ల ప్రజలు కు ఉపయోగం లేదు. కాంట్రాక్ట్, ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్ వాళ్ళు చక్కగా పని చేస్తున్నారు. బాగా చెప్పావు బ్రదర్ గగుర్పొడిచే నగ్న సత్యాలు...? Public Servants.... అంటే సేవకులు....? వీరు ఉచితంగా సేవచేయాలి ఇస్తే గౌరవబృతి తీసుకోవాలి. ప్రభుత్వ Income లో 80% ... వీరి జీతాలకే పోతోంది. పైగా లంచాలు. మన దేశంలో 70% జనభానే రెండుపూటలా తిండి తింటున్నారు. మిగతా 20% జనాభా ఒకపూట తింటున్నారు. 10% జనాభా తిండిలేక మాడుతున్నారు లేక అడుక్కు తింటున్నారు Over all గా, 40% ప్రభుత్వ ఉచిత పథకాల వంక చూస్తూ న్నారు...? వ్యవసాయం రంగంపై 80% ఉపాధి పొందుతున్నారు. వ్యవసాయం పూర్తి పార్ట్ టైం వృత్తి. 6 నెలల పని, 6 నెలల నిరుద్యోగం. డిగ్రీలు చదివి Jobless గ ఉన్నవారు 5 crores కరోనా లో Job పోగొట్టుకున్న వారు -- 1 crore. ఇప్పుడు చెప్పండి. పూట తిండి లేక నిరుద్యోగం తాండవం చేస్తున్న దేశంలో ఈ ప్రభుత్వ సేవకులు .... అనే White Elephants కు ఇంతటి జీతాలు, సౌకర్యాలు దేశం బరించగలదా...? ఇకపోతే Retirement Age. దేశంలో నిరుద్యోగుల సంఖ్య కోట్లలో తాండవిస్తుంటే, యువత ఆ కోరల్లో చిక్కుకుని విలవిలలాడుతోంది. తక్షణం వయసుడిగి, మందమతులైన, ఏ మాత్రం ఆధునిక సాంకేతికత లేని 50 సం. లు దాటిన ఉద్యోగుల్ని అత్యవసరంగా ఇంటికి సాగనంపాలి. ఆకలి కడుపుతో నిరాశలో ఉన్న నిరుద్యోగుల కడుపు నింపాలి. 75 సం. లుగా ఈ ప్రయత్నం జరుగకపోవడం దౌర్భాగ్యం. Please review difference between number of employees in 1970 to 2024. Why the number of un necessary departments are created. Why the Single department cannot run the government even the technology is high. Why you are thinking through the business way only against employees. Why the courts are ordered that the business is not duty of the government. If the government can do business OPS is simply possible. Stability is important. Dividing of families is going on due to several rules.
