Really it doesn't look dangerous to me! I was born and raised in Mount Vernon NY south 12 ave going toward thirde street! People thought that was dangerous but it wasn't!

I lived in Baychester housing next door. In a nutshell very quiet, bland, remote and boring 'hood. Relatively safe. great for retirees and disabled. local supermarkets stocked with good deals. and very cheap parking rates.

I live in forest in the south bronx!! Used to go up there to visit my cousin who live on the tall side!! I always felt like it was secluded. The gun hill rd station mad far from the neighbor hood!! We used to walk!! No shopping area or big parks like crotona or roberto clemente.. they did have a pool!! Other then that you have to travel for everything.

Shit look like a maze wow I see the potential at night to hear a war zone there

I used to work not too far from there. I rode the 31 bus by there almost every day

I know they about to get some major renovations done next year tho and everybody is going to be on section 8 all over the City
