Take proper medical care, address your physical, emotional health and chant to develop love for Krishna. Ideally chanting is not to improve health. Take practical steps to improve your health and depend on Krishna. Depending on Krishna doesn't mean you don't take practical steps to fix your health.

Prabhupada stressed so many times that we must bring back Vedic civilization immediately. There will be 4 barnas and 4 ashramas, and then peace and harmony will always be there. My question is, in that case, the lower-class sudra is obliged to do work for others. So he will have less time for Krishna in the devotional service as well as in chanting. Does this imply that since Sudra's current life is a result of his past karma, he needs another life in order to return to Godhead?

no these differences are on the social level, on the level of spiritual consciousness there is no difference. That is why Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu personally respected the body of Srila Haridas Thakur because he was a devotee, varna, jati etc doesn't matter, he is respected for his spiritual consciousness when one becomes a vaishnava.

Bhakti is not limited due to external circumstances. It's a matter of heart. If there is priority one can always find time. Sincerity is what one needs to remember Krishna. Being busy and lack of time is an excuse for not having eagerness at heart. You can chant or remember Krishna while bathing, commuting to work, instead of social media etc. In today's world most people are employed, which matches the definition of sudra - be it the CEO of Google or one working in a store. These things don't limit one, if you are sincere you will find time to chant and remember Krishna and Krishna will give you intelligence how to make time if you attempt to show him you are serious.
