Video from my training scene, I love doing the improvisation dance in the air with a piece of fabric (Aerial Silks).
The fabric is the extension of my body, also feel like I am painting in the air, moving 3D calligraphy. Creating the moment of art that never same shapes and move.
I love putting the music on, and just let the body dance with silks freely!!

This time, I was training/improvisation with the music {Sia- She Wolf} and really enjoyed flying and dancing so I did exactly same routine/sequence for the second time. Video is mixed and edited from 2 times of running the improvisation performance.
