The comment about the stamina, Chaewon once said that during trainee days right before debuting (i dont know if they still do it) they did 100 burpees per day. I dont know if you ever done a burpee, but I tell you even doing only 10 is hard. They were doing 100!!!!

Their dance as a team are actually S-tier, along with NMIXX and ITZY

Even though they don't talk much like in other reaction channels, with the little they said, they highlighted several interesting details. Hopefully in the future, they can watch the version of EASY in THE GARAGE; I think there they could see the pinnacle of LSF's evolution to date

I watched so many kpop idol dance practices lesserafim is my top 3 they made so clean so powerful and facial impressions so good

in case ppl were curious and couldnt see the cursor like i couldnt at first - in Fearless he pointed out Sakura for adding more flare or more fun in AntiFragile he pointed out Kazuha looks tall and Eunchae being good (Chaewon sanggg lol) in Eve Psyche and the BlueBeards Wife he pointed out Yunjin for being clean personally love this group, ty for the reaction

Just want to throw this out there that I think they would also like Everglow First choreo. It’s personally my favorite choreo from them. I also think bc Ateez choreographer BB Trippin choreographed this. Also, their choreo for La Di Da and Slay is pretty good too. I want to mention Tri.Be Diamond, not only is the song really good, but their lyrics and dance jus breathes summer sunset on the open roads.

Personally, I love the differents energy between choreography boys and choreography girls, the girls move a lot the arms yes! and their choreographies are a combination of cute, kind, sexual and medium strong energy, very femenine energy. the boys are strong, overwhelming and fast, crazy choreographies, very masculine energy so I like very much this big different vibe between them ❤

Ooh I love Le Sserafim, but the thing is they're always SO in sync that sometimes it feels like if you're watching one you're watching all bc they're hitting everything the same way at the same time. Very talented girls and I'm loving their new era bc it affords them more individual personality when they dance. Hopefully they can react to that in the future (yes I read the note). ✌🏿

There's an ART of "being" and showing a STRONG INDEPENDENT WOMAN without TELLING EVERYONE that you're a STRONG WOMAN... and LE SSERAFIM is the EPITOME of that with their performances. No need for AAVE mumble rap with nonsensical lyrics and over-the-top costumes that are on the edge of being "offensive" to some people or culture.

I love the recommendations on the comments too Itzy and XG for sure but also so many people sleep on Dreamcatcher's choreography and then Everglow have ATEEZ's choreographers these groups don't really give "male gaze" that I think Ellie is expressing.

I’m always praising chaewon and kazuha but yunjin did really good in these!! Also question, have you heard any other songs from jimins album besides like crazy and smf? I listened to his album again recently and low key wanted your input😂 I think face off and alone are really good as well as the hidden track, letter/dear army .
