Lee Know did the vibration move. He is the dance lead that help with choreo and teaching other members choreo. He helps run the dance practices. He has the record in the agency for passing all the necessary dance qualifications you need in 2 weeks. He was also a backup dancer for BTS

Every member just smashed this choreo! The whole piece is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, but Hyunjin goes OFF and he with DanceRacha just took my breath away.

The giants at the beginning are the kids stage fright. The four symbols are Happiness, Anger, Sorrow and Joy. As they dance all of the symbols except JOY disappear and the stage fright disappears. Each of the motifs stand for one of the emotions

Let’s appreciate the backup dancers. 20 of them! That’s why they needed this huge space. What a difference from the beginning of Stray Kids’ career.

The members of SKZ dont like the term "backup". They prefer to refer to the group members as "Main dancers" and the other dancers they have on stage and in MVs are just their "dancers" :)

Yeah. Lee Know has a lot of center time in this one. We are so happy for him. For the story of the MV, I think the giant figures represent Fear & stage fright. (They also seem to be based on Japanese spirits of drowned sailors called Umibozu) They dissipate when the words of the emotions in the children's heads disappear. I believe the floating characters are the words Joy, Anger, Sorrow, and Happiness/pleasure. (This is what I have been told. It seems to be a mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and I can read none of those.) There are four factions for four groups of the members. Since the four factions represented emotions, the locations were different. Anger was at the bottom of the ocean. It's a dense emotion that we try to smother & it thrives under pressure.The members who represent this emotion are pirates. Joy was a bank. It's an emotion that we store & take out for special things. The members that represent this emotion are in denim, but surrounded by clowns who look like the ones from the Dark Knight. Sorrow was a stark place of floating ash and monuments that were like graves. The members who represent this emotion are in pale & washed out colors mixed with white. Happiness/Pleasure was in a fort of musical instruments. It's an emotion that's loud & messy. We hear it before we see it. The members who represent this emotion look a lot like people from Mad Max mixed with military. Now. Anger attacked Joy first. They bypassed Sorrow altogether. (You can see this in the map they showed.) But it didn't turn out. Anger was defeated & captured. That was the first word to dissipate. The next to fall was Joy. Happiness/Pleasure snuck in disguised as clowns & planted a bomb. (We saw I.N talking on a communicator & one of the clowns also had one. He later takes off the mask as he leaves revealing it's Han) The bomb went off. Since the bus was in both Joy & Sorrows' realms (Back half in Joy, front in Sorrow. We can't have one of those emotions without having felt the other.) we see the explosion as the camera pans to Sorrow, and the word for Joy dissipates as well. Sorrow falls & we see that Happiness/Pleasure is all that remains. They have gathered parts of the other emotions & folded them into their own. Happiness/Pleasure is very nuanced. It can contain elements of the other emotions and still be the same. Also. I think Lee Know said (In the video with them reacting to the music video) that the children are them when they were young. And over the years these emotions that they felt at varying times have been "defeated" and all that's left is pleasure in their music. The sequence of emotions & dissipation of said emotions seems to mirror their own journey. When they first started, everything was pretty evenly balanced. They hit a few hard times & anger kinda made an appearance, but then they started enjoying things more....Then Woojin left & sorrow took hold for a while. But they came out of that better balanced, and now are taking pleasure in their work once again. Currently they take pleasure in their work, it's tempered with the other emotions, but the dominating drive they have is happiness & pleasure. The lyrics of the song are about locking away your stress & meeting the world with fun & music. The bus is an interesting thing. As well as being between the the factions of Joy & Sorrow (The back part was fully in Joy's section....But the front was in Sadness. Almost as if it had crashed into it.) , it's actually a call back to their beginning. And it's not the one from District 9, it's the one from Grow Up that was heading to District 9. I do think the District number being 325 is significant. Since that is the debut date, it has now become the beginning district. It WAS district 9 for the 9 of them, but that has changed over the years. And it is no longer just them. They invited ALL of us in in Back Door. At the beginning, it was small & sheltered. They were very careful of their district. But as they grew in confidence, they threw the notice out to everyone who wants to enter...All we have to do is knock. And Felix didn't swear. Felix is saying the Korean word for Shh. I believe it's Swit? So it's a work around on the no swearing rule. Stray Kids love homophones. I mean, look at the title for the album & this song. It means happiness/pleasure in Chinese. But it sounds like the English word "rock". So the album is Rock Star, and it's all about emotions. Every song on this album is designed to touch our emotions in different ways.

I came across this explanation on the Handsome Sausages channel as well: The four Chinese letters shown throughout the MV are 희 노 애 락 as in happiness, anger, sadness, and joy (joy being the main character '락' of 'rock'star album). 희노애락 is an expression used to describe all sorts of emotions a person experiences in their life - so it's not that the first letter, 희, meaning 'happiness', is negative emotion or anything, but just a part of the journey - the journey toward '락', which is the last character of the expression, AND the name of the album itself. And this is why each character disappears as the MV progresses, leaving only '락' at the end!

This was emotions in the kid’s head. Anger - pirates attacked Joy - clowns who won but got blown up but Pleasure - rock band which also took out Sorrow - snow.😊

The guy with orange hair is Lee Know-he's in Danceracha along with Felix and Hyunjin! 'Racha' is the suffix that Stray Kids coined to describe their subunit teams. There's 3racha (their rap unit made up of Changbin, Han, and Bang Chan) and also Vocalracha (their vocal unit consisting of Seungmin and I.N.) However, these subunits aren't official but are rather broad categorizations for the individual members' specialties (:

I agree the directors & music and video editors are top-tier for these SKZ MVs, and I know Chan and the boys always show their appreciations for the hard work associated with their mini movies, from the stylists to the ones who brings the coffee, they always thank them for their work. On one of the prologue Intro for Rock Star share their experience on the making of the Album from the director's view. Very interesting. I love the idea for a SKZ week focused on dance/choreo from early on to today... I know there a listing from a Stay with this information... Into the library I go..

I hope I don't get hate for this, but I think this album and Lalalala is the best from Stray Kids that we've had in a while. I like this title track and entire album more than S-Class and Case 143. Not to say I dislike those songs or albums, but this time...I feel like I just vibe so much. SKZ are performers that do not disappoint. Their concert was one of the longest shows I've ever seen (it was just under 4 hours), and absolutely consistent in energy. I'm so happy for this album.
