There are hundreds of songs out there for free, so I'm sure you won't have any trouble finding one. They're just not this one... 😉

Hi April. When you purchase the song at www.dancewithmebaby.wedding you will receive the lyrics, a copyright agreement, and an mp3 of Dance With Me, Baby in your email that you can download and have it to listen to any time you want. The copyright agreement stipulates that the song is not to be used at any other wedding event but that of the one purchasing the song. You can share it with the DJ at your wedding event no problem, you can listen to it with friends and family, you just can't send the mp3 to anyone else. Does that help?

Hi Toni, what an incredibly stunning song to dance with my son at his wedding in a just a week away, June 17th 2023. We had picked another song until I just discovered this beauty. I understand the copyright agreement of not sharing the Mp3 song at another wedding. While reading the agreement, my understanding is the audio of the song played during the dance and recorded by a cell phone video only is allowed to be uploaded on social media? What is not clear to me is the stipulation of the audio quality of the song from a cell phone video? The audio cannot be heard clearly enough on social media for another wedding to use it. Or, alternately, only 30 seconds of clear audio of the song can be uploaded to social media? I am wondering how to monderate this? Most cell phones have good video audio recording capabilities. The other option of only 30 seconds to share a special moment on social media doesn't seem to capture the moment. Please advise as I would love to purchase this truly magnificent song and sign the agreement for my son's wedding. I just need a little clarity as to not infringe on the copyright agreement while wanting to share the song and dance on social media. Thank you.

@@Cindy-pm1kc Hi Cindy!! I'm so glad you found Dance With Me, Baby in time! Cell phone footage of the song/dance is permitted because the audio will not be of a quality that someone could use it - steal it - for their use. Piracy is such a slight to artists. I don't have the entire song out there for the same reason, just clips. You can use 30 seconds of the mp3 if you plan on posting to social media only because that also prevents others from stealing the song. If you are making something for personal or just family use, we permit it. It just can't be streamed on social media if you use the full song. I hope you understand.
