@@dimentioo I understand that, but she probably felt she could remain consistent in order to (a) stay in character so the scenes were more “believable” and (b) avoid getting sued because that was “just her character” and the moms “should’ve known what they had signed up for”. It’s terrible to say but that’s probably the truth.

I totally agree about Kendall. I girl literally had it all but just didn't take it all the way. I was so excited when she came in season 2 I thought for sure she was going to blow everyone out of the water. There were a few dances were you see glimpses out what she could have been but that's it.

@@jodack3931 Oh you mean the show that her mother chose to sign her up for knowing exactly what it was like? The show that they chose to continue to stay on for years? Elements of the show were definitely a percentage of the problem. But the main problems that held her back still would have been there. With or without being on the show. You can see it in her first episode. Sets the tone for the rest of her seasons on the show. Not much ends up changing.

I see the point you’re trying to make but nobody knew what the show was going to exactly be like when they signed up for it. Jill and the rest of the moms can’t predict the future so how could they have possibly known that Kendall would be involved in a toxic environment? Maesi and her mom have said the reason they didn't accept the season 8 contract was because the pay wasn't enough to cover their travel costs, but I hate she wasn't able to do it. She was probably my favorite going in, and I think she would have added a ton to the group.

Interesting to hear that it was the other girls that rocked Brynn’s confidence. I had no idea that was something that went on with her. However, it seems like that confidence is somewhat returning nowadays as her dancing is really something great.

That was the thing that made Bynn different from the other girls in my opinion. She was honestly treated really well by Abby and didn't have that tough experience with Abby that the other OG girls had. In fact, I think Abby favored Brynn a little. However, Brynn was torn down a lot on the show by some of the girls and by a lot of the moms. I think the moms hated that Brynn just came in and was one of the better dancers.

This look brings out your green eyes! Beautiful outfit, hair, makeup combo. You’ve definitely found a look that not only suits but flatters you! To the ppl that will point out she’s had work done, sure, yes… but she’s kept it natural uno and she doesn’t look plastic. That’s how you do plastics tastefully! Aging gracefully, not trying to counteract it. Looking radiant, Abby! You crack me up.

Sooo sad that Kalani isn't pursuing dance full-time. I can only imagine how hard it is to keep your love of dance after so much reality TV. It must be weird to go into a dance studio and never get to really be 'anonymous.' To have to deal with nasty comments and judgments and comparisons, etc. I probably might quit myself! And Kalani does post dancing stuff still. But she's just so talented I would love to see her teaching, or offering online classes, choreographing and collabing with other dancers in LA.. Her talent is incomparable

I 100% agree about the Maddie situation. Abby trained that kid from the time she was little and taught her so much. Brought her amazing opportunities and to act like Abby didn’t help with her fame & talent is so disrespectful. I hate to see it.

Hey hey!!!! I just have to say this is by far my absolute favorite video so far!! I know I’ve said that before but they just keep getting better and better. Just hearing the truth about how you really feel about all of them shows the real Abby Lee. The producers made you out something so opposite of who you really are!!

I’m glad I randomly stumbled upon this. It’s nice to see Abby not within the dance moms show (only watched the show this year beginning to end) I really appreciated her teaching methods (tough love but pointing out technique skills) but think it was overdramatized and made ugly by TV editing. Maybe I’m weird but when someone paid me more attention even yelling at me I became more motivated to prove myself right than if they just praised me continuously

I get everyone's point of view here. But the thing I LOVE the most is your HONESTY, I just love it!!! Xxx

Abby, in watching the show you were portrayed as ruthless. However, after the show ended we clearly see that the producers wanted the show to put you against the dance mons. I think your a brilliant dance teacher. Thank you for explaining how things really were on the show. TV, is not all that you see on the screen.

This made me feel like Abby was a actually normal person a successful nice dance teacher and I felt it when she talked about old students. We will never know what actually happened then exactly but I think the producers and directors definitely had some stuff to do with Abby getting talked about as a mean person. Ps.
