I really think he should stop smoking weed during these episodes because he does not know when to shut the fck up and just let his guest speak. I don't think he has any conception of how stupid he sounds when he's high as shit and blathering on about something that he ultimately loses his train of thought on anyway. By all means, have a conversation with your guest, but understand that a good host knows when to shut up and let the guest speak. It's common courtesy.

@kennethmartin1478 Club Random is not his main job, it's Real Time. On RT he has at least 3 guests on every episode. On each episode he interviews his guests. He's hasd RT and a similar show for decades. I think that qualifies him as a professional interviewer. Furthermore, what's the purpose of having a guest on his podcast, if he's just going to talk about himself the whole show, and never let a guest complete a sentence. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a guest, no?

This podcast could have been incredible as his guest lineup is top notch but hampered by his own intoxication, resulting in less intelligent, nuanced discussions. Instead it has Bill losing IQ points with constant interruptions and conducting himself like an asshat. Every episode is like this though and even worse. Check the one with Patrick Bet David. Someone did a calculation that had Bill dominating 80% of the conversation as the host while acting like a jackass to the guest. Poor conduct.
