On this episode of Dan the Star Man, I present the FULL show of the first performance of the Disney on Broadway Concert Series in the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.
The Disney On Broadway Concert Series takes place in the America pavilion in EPCOT at the America Garden Theatre. It occurs during the following showtimes at 5:30PM, 6:45PM, and 8:00PM during the Epcot International Festival of the Arts from January 12th to February 19th.

This Disney On Broadway Concert Series performance features 2 stars from the same Disney broadway musical Frozen named Caissie Levy and Patti Murin who played Elsa and Anna. Caissie Levy played Elsa and Patti Murin played Anna in the Disney Broadway musical of Frozen.
Caissie Levy and Patti Murin perform in the Disney on Broadway Concert series in the EPCOT Festival of the Arts on the following dates January 12th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd.
The concert begins with Patti Murin appearing on the stage first singing the song “For the First Time in Forever” and then Caissie Levy appeared on the stage to sing her part of the song “For the First Time in Forever” from Frozen and they both finish the song together.
Before they continue with the show, they introduce some important special people to us and they introduce their incredible band to the audience including me.
They got Luis in guitar
They got Chris on base
They got Mike on drums
They have John on keyboard
And importantly last but not least, they have their amazing conductor and arranger named Jim Abbott.
The Disney broadway musical Frozen brought both Caissie Levy and Patti Murin together on stage as sisters for the very first time. In 2017, Caissie Levy and Patti Murin were both cast as the sister Elsa and Anna in Frozen on broadway and literally changed both their lives. They formed such a quick bond and instant friendship.
Then Patti Murin performed and sang the song “A Million Dreams” from The Greatest Showman. Patti sang this song from The Greatest Showman because it was very personal to her. After Patti had her first daughter, she would sing this song to her daughter on the sofa-chair in the middle of the night and she sang the song A Million Dreams to her daughter when her daughter was a
10-week-old baby girl.
Next, Caissie Levy sang and performed the song “Part Of Your World” from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. This song “Part of Your World” has been Caissie Levy’s favorite song from when she was little. She now also sings it to her 2 sweet little babies who are also out in the audience as well. So it's extra-special to share it with the rest of us.
Additionally, both Caissie Levy and Patti Murin performed an original song from their broadway musical Frozen. There was one song that they did not get to sing in the broadway play Frozen together. Apparently, they added this song to the play just after Caissie and Patti left the play. Since they have the OG's here, they decided to perform this song to us for the first time ever this year. The song is called “I Can’t Lose You”.
Next, Patti Murin sings the song “Home” from the Disney broadway musical Beauty and the Beast. Patti Murin sings this song so beautifully.
Then Caissie Levy sings the song “Let It Go” from her Disney broadway musical Frozen. During the course of 2 years of her playing the part of Elsa in the broadway show Frozen, Caissie received hundreds and hundreds of letters from a lot of people all over the world who were so connected to Elsa's story. To Caissie, the song "Let It Go" is about connecting to your authenticity and realizing that the thing that might make you a little bit different or even a little strange is in fact the thing that makes you special.
Lastly, both Caissie Levy and Patti Murin conclude their performance with one final song. The 2 lovely female broadway singers ended their performance by both of them singing the song “You’ll Be In My Heart” from Tarzan. The song is a duet not normally sung by 2 woman but that doesn't stop Caissie & Patti from singing it. Since Caissie and Patti are both the first-ever female pairing of the Disney On Broadway Concert Series, they made it more special by singing the song "You’ll Be In My Heart". Also, the song You'll Be in My Heart fits right into the ones they sang about family, friendship, love and most of all, the sisterly-bond that Caissie and Patti has with each other and will forever have for the rest of their lives.
