As a kid I wasn’t really into sports and was severely shy and didn’t talk much. I was always watching people though. I saw that the doers were successful and the talkers were just well talkers. I went right to work and had a few different jobs before I found my niche. I was an Millwright and ran a drain cleaning and plumbing business as well. I worked all the time. I have had self esteem issues for years. I beat myself up more than anyone else. I have found myself stricken with fear over nothing and I over think stuff all the time I lived through two factory closings. Now I just pour my soul into my business. This guy motivates me and keeps me in check.

Been following Dan for only about a month now and I love everything I'm hearing. No bullshit, no excuses, just action and making it happen.

The only channel which does not censor Mr. Pena is London Real. Spartan Up? Get Real! When I saw this Spartan guy's book in the store, I seriously considered purchasing it. I then noticed the bleeps and his body language.No way for your way. Mr. Pena would have him for dinner but not in the castle.

I just found Pena by chance and this is the third video I watch of him. With the little I've seen is been enough to wonder, and I can only Imagine the first impression. Wearing a hoodie for an interview. To have seen his face, Priceless.

This is the third time I've listen to this particular podcast/interview and it's for sure in my top 5 favorites of the Spartan Up Podcasts! His no bullshit attitude along with zero filter is great to see and clearly the key to his success.

Discovered and istened to Oxford and Chester both, last night.... Holy Shit ! Best information I've ever listened to. You have to hear the uncensored, raw passion...listen to the mentioned lectures of Oxford and Chester. Worth every minute.

Enjoyed this alot. I’ve been following Mr. Dan Péna for a couple of years. Love what you guys did🔥 It would be great to see another one together 👊🏼

Part of that is my family, but most of it is because I had a lot of learning disabilities so I had to learn how to push hard and keep going.

Our children are the same they watched myself an my husband even taking them to work sleeping in the office of a factory.We had a set of rules a parent must always be home, plenty of food at 34 we owned our home.Payed cash to extend our house as we had 5 children all own there own houses most ranging between 43 to 36 they save there money an instilled inthere own children an wow they are doing the same thing .No working , studying,part time work when there old enough well I'm impressed.im wanted start many thing that could have made money but I'm scared to take that first step more disappointed in my self.A leap of faith.

Body language isn't always black and white. You could be right, but many tines body language can be mistaken for physical pain, discomfort or even something as simple as being cold. It's never black and white...well not from the waist up anyway.
