0:49. Precious. But anyway, so impressed with these guys. So glad they exist in Hollywood and hopefully continue to create for decades to come.

Damien, if you're reading this: You WILL win that Best Director, Original Screenplay and Best Picture Oscar! Why? Because your movie rocked and is touching hearts, minds, emotions and tearducts all across America, that's why. And again, why? Because you did a masterful job in combining and executing all the elements in what makes a great movie experience: the music, the visuals, the super-adorable leads, the supporting players (J.K.Simmons, Rosemarie DeWitt), the narrative, the storyline, the twist, and of course, the bittersweet love story that anybody can relate to. And Justin, if you're reading this: You WILL win the Best Score and Song Oscar for this amazing film. The score is magnificent and the songs (yes, you WILL get TWO noms for Another Day of Sun and City of Stars) are now so indelible, I hear it in my sleep, I hear it on my commute to work, I hear it sitting in the toilet. It's UNFORGETTABLE! And to add to this: If Damien wins, he will tie with Norman Taurog (from 1931) in being the youngest Director (at 32) to win the Best Director Oscar. Happy 32nd Birthday, Damien (b. 1/19/1985)!

Best bromance since Nile Rodgers & Bernard Edwards. Takes me back to the days when i put the 'Sound of Music' on repeat on my dad's Philips pick-up!!! The end bars from 'Someone in the crowd' seems to pay tribute to Richard Rogers.

Thank you for the great interview. It's refreshing to hear these talented people talk about this amazing musical front the somewhat different angle, and how their duo came to be. Also appreciate that interviewer didn't interrupt (as it often happens) and let the guys speak out. Expecting to see and hear more great movies/music to come in the near future. Thank you, Damien. Thank you, Justin.

Thank you both for interviewing! And thank you to the interviewer! I have never resonated more with a movie before than I do with La La Land. Not only have I wanted (and still) want dreams of mine to come to fruition that relate to dreams the characters have in the movie, but I think most anyone could relate to the idea of a dream they want so badly and all of the emotions that come with it. La La Land is my favorite movie for multiple reasons, but it in simpler words: it speaks to my soul.
