It sucks that it took WWE so long to sign him, because he is already 39 they should've let him skip NXT, so he could've gotten over with the fans faster.

At the very end of this video, they show Ciampa. Now that they give him a mic, he's very likeable. He delivered some great promos, and look forward to him for many weeks to come. Damian Priest should be the JD leader, he also has a bright future, and maybe somewhere down the line, maybe a title is in store.
