His Charlotte season was underrated def all star all third nba worthy and top 3 rebound leader but this was like prime Howard

I’ve never seen this game before, just that shot on repeat but watching the game makes you realize that is honestly one of the clutchest shots in playoff history, not considering the round it’s in

Ik Russ is better on the stat sheet, but that's because stats is mostly what he cares about. Russ isn't even in the same universe as Dame is as far as shooting goes..
1:51:11 is when Dame hit the game winner.This game winner is my 2nd favorite game winner that Dame hit. My first favorite is the game winner that Dame made on Paul George in Game 5 in the first round last year against Okc to send them home.

This style of basketball is the perfect blend of now three point shooting and spacing and then posting up and mid range shots
I remember this game. I lived downtown and we went to my brothers house to watch the game in Milwaukie. After the game we drove home and there were people were walking the streets cheering. You would have thought we won the finals. It's crazy how it doesn't feel like it was that long ago but also feels like a lifetime ago. I miss that team and I miss that Portland.
1:31:48 is a crazy graphic. One team made it to the WCF last year. One team won the championship last year, and one team made it to the ECF last year behind the MVP of the league

Mike Tirico deserves alot of credit for his commentating. Very underrated and very good. This could have easily been underplayed. It's amazing how much we remember great sports moments because of a few announcers throughout history.

James B29 prolly cuz of size advantage. I think they had in mind that Dame was prolly gonna be the one to take the shot so they switched and put the taller defender on dame to make the shot more difficult for dame to shoot with a taller person defending it. Unfortunately Parsons had a late contest

I love how before harden used to actually play off the ball look at how many good looks he used to get he needs to revert to that and the rockets need an actual offense rather than depending on him for almost everything

Howard was a monster in the clutch this game. If he could make free throws, this game would have ended differently. Dame is my favorite player and seeing that ice cold reaction after the shot went in… damn. This was a great game.

But harden was good these last 2-3 games they could have given the spurs more problem over the blazers cause their stars were more established

I remember watching this in my dorm’s common area. I’m from Houston, lifetime Rockets fan, I was talking so much shit when Parson made that shot, then dame does what dame does. Everybody hollered like jesus came back to life and i just walked out stone faced.
I watched the most NBA from 2012-2014 just to see the rockets and I surely miss that starting five although they weren’t fabulous: Lin, Harden, Parson, Jones, Asik, and later on Dwight
