Ive been saying this for some yrs now bcuz in the area i was living when my oldest son started kindergarten several years ago i was kinda surprised in a good way that in a school frm grades k~8 the majority race wasn't wht,blk,hispanic it was children of mixed race and it really put a smile on my face considering my son is mixed race too.

*I can see that point of view, because in my university the mixed raced students stay together and make 1 group, while the ethnic groups separate and segregate on campus!* 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

I have family members on my black side of the family (mother) who still to this fay are jealous AF if me and my brother because we are mixed but we have that type of hair that MAJORITY of black females desire. Im honey-colored with jet black thick curly wavy hair and Oriental eyes(my father's side) and my brother looks like people from India,he dark as a African but with straight fine hair. My mother is Nigerian and my father is half Thai/native Indian (two tribal families) and alot of times throughout my life so far when I'm around certain people and I mention my heritage I get weird looks as if they don't like the fact that I'm just telling them what my parents are lol.
