Are we supposed to put a little loctite on the set screw weights? I just saw it requires blue loctite for the black weights/set screws

Installing my Dalton Clutch Kit on my 2016 RZR s 1000. Have 28" aggressive paddle tires with 12 paddles. Instructions for the "28" Sand dune " states - "Qp94-59 base weights plus the aluminum rivet + 2 long set screws and test". Which aluminum rivet? .85g or the 1.8g aluminum rivet? Thank you for all your videos, they are extremely helpful.

.85, the 1.8 is steel

I have a 2021 Polaris general xp 1k with only 50hrs, it has been tipped unfortunately at around the 30hr mark. Then it hits around the 47hr mark it started making an odd noise, when it engages gears and starts to speed up it starts making kind of a clanking sound in every gear except park and neutral. If I take the rear wheels off it stops, but as soon as there’s load it starts clanking again, since then I’ve replaced all the bearings in the transmission and deleted turf mode, no damage in the transmission whatsoever, which did not help. Any thoughts?

This is one I do not think I can help, too much of a unique issue and would need to be there. Just gonna have to look at all of it, locate the location of the noise

Looking to install a clutch kit on my new 2023 rzr 1000. In your opinion what is the best clutch kit? I’m going to 33 inch tires

None unless you're fast riding only then Dalton. Slower do so.e gear reduction first

I installed a Dalton clutch I have 30 inch tires but I'm going down to 27 I should be okay

I think you should get your instructions out and readjust it for smaller tires. It will be too much rpm during shift phase and less belt grip
