About to move to Elevon! House closed in February. 😃 house was under 400k and built by historymaker! I lived in Wylie, and not far from downtown Dallas. Can’t wait to live a quiet, private life.

Moving to the Dallas Area from San Antonio to be closer to my son who lives in Greenville, due to some medical issues I have. I have considered several cities in the surrounding Dallas area such as McKinney Princeton Royce city and Wiley. Getting overwhelmed looking at all the possibilities, my budget is under 400,000, maybe 410,000 depending on how much I love the floorplan. Now I am looking at the city of Levon Texas, which I had not previously considered and I think it's fairly close to Greenville. I would welcome information on builders in lavon who are building around $400,000 homes

dont forget fri from 6 to 8 at twin star lanes in kent is the third annual come bowl with slow kids.... kids with special needs and doctors and nurses will offer 2 hrs of games and more with bumper bowling and music at twin star lanes nestled on rt 59 in kent ohio across from the carwash admission is free food and beverages will be provided through the center of hope foundation there will bw games,trivia, prizes also..... lanes 1 through will be designated for the slow kids with disabilities

rockwall County is 6mins /Community ISD is on a 4 day school day M-T ,and it's Lake living It's beautiful and growing.
Don’t move here, it’s right next to a JUNKYARD and right across from another you guessed it JUNKYARD. Most mornings it’s takes me 20 minutes to get 1.6 miles down highway 78 bc there is sooo much traffic.
