From Season 7 Episode 1: The Road Back
The medics tend to the Ewings who escaped the fire. Donna sees Southfork in flames and J.R. tells her that Ray tried to kill him. Ray didn’t deny it and tries to attack J.R. again. Donna takes Ray home. J.R., Sue Ellen, and John Ross are removed from the premises. Bobby can only watch as the firefighters try to put out the fire.

That was one of Dallas's best cliffhangers. Of course J.R. and Ray would've been better off having their fight behind the stables. The Southfork pool has been a popular attraction for a lot of scenes throughout the series run.
Now Ray is the one who caused people to get hurt and nearly killed.

@joshrebich1832 but then there would be no story! It always makes sense to burn candles right near flammable products like paint and paint tarps!

JR said that the smoke detectors were wired into the local fire station. Does that mean that every time there is smoke from something in the kitchen the fire trucks come rushing in?
Since the Southfork Ranch was burning up in 🔥, where will the Ewings of Dallas live until the house can be rebuilt?

JR, Sue Ellen and John Ross stayed at a hotel. Ray and Donna had their own house on the Southfork Ranch, and Bobby stayed at the bunkhouse with the ranch hands until repairs to the main house were completed. Jock and Miss Ellie had the latest fire resistant materials used in building the current main house and they did the job well in keeping the main house intact.

People make youtube channels using illegal content and they cant even properly upload actual videos. This video was made by someone shooting a tv screen with a cellphone.
If I was married to Bobby he got me out of the ranch when it was on fire he holds me in his arms says liane honey u are going to be alright I want u to go to the hospital to be checked out and stay overnight I say ok Bobby I will. It turns out I had a couple of burns they gave me oxygen to breath better from the smoke. Bobby says liane oh my god I am so glad you are doing better I thought I was going to lose you I start crying I say Bobby what started the fire 🔥 he says I don’t know I have to talk to JR first
