    朋師父,請問鮮酵母的用量一般不是要乾酵母的3倍左右嗎?配方表寫鮮酵母,但用量感覺好像是乾酵母的使用量?另外使用黃油+液態油跟使用全黃油成品跟風味會有什麼差別呢?謝謝
