Dalat: A Taste of Australia in Vietnam (with Luke Nguyen)

Up in mountainous Dalat, Luke enthuses about the street food and fresh local produce, and meets Lyndal Hugo and Amanda Cornelissen, co-founders of Orlar - whose mission is to produce clean, safe food and address climate change.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Australia-Vietnam diplomatic relations, host Luke Nguyen - an Australian-Vietnamese chef and restauranteur - travels through Vietnam meeting with inspiring Australians who represent the spirit of the Australia-Vietnam relationship while cooking with Australian produce and enjoying Vietnamese regional dishes.
