Ingredients list:
Rocky Road Ice Cream
2 x 400g full fat coconut milk, chilled
225g Agave nectar
70g Cocoa powder
70g Caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
100g mini marshmallows
100g vegan chocolate chips
Handful chopped nuts (optional)
Hanful mixed fruit (optional)
Ice cream cones to serve
Banana chocolate chip ice cream
4 bananas, peeled and sliced thin. Frozen overnight
250ml almond milk (you could try using almond butter)
70ml agave nectar / maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
150g vegan chocolate chips
Dried banana pieces to garnish
Ice cream cones to serve

Agave is actually, pronounced Ah-gah-vay. It's a low-glycemic sweetener. Agave juice is also used in the manufacture of mescal and tequila.

I can't wait to see the content that Chloe and Phoebe produce. They both seem to really enjoy cooking and baking. My Mum can't eat wheat, and my only concern with these Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, etc Supermarket Offerings are that, because there is more of a process involved in making them, they're sometimes up to 2-3x the price compared to the regular item.
Surely going dairy free isn't vegan, really. I mean, is Chloe giving up bacon and pepperoni as well? Or is she just going dairy free?

Having had lactose intolerant friends and family, I suggest trying oat milk if you can get it. It's got a neutral but sweet taste so it goes great in sweets, like chocolate milk and baking!

I freeze very ripe peeled bananas (sliced if I think of it) in plastic wrap. If you forget or can’t be bothered to slice, break them 5-6 times after wrapping, but before freezing.
