I went to the yard and swept the yard. I did. I had some red plums at home that I want to make pickled plums with.
Plum tartar is made a lot in rural houses and it is very delicious. I washed the plums and put a little water in it and put it on the heat with some salt until it is cooked. It takes 45 minutes to cook. While cooking the plums, the porch rug I collected the village house and brought it to the yard and washed the carpet.
After washing the carpet, due to the hot weather, I went inside the house and made cool strawberry syrup to reduce my thirst and heat a little. For dinner, I made nimru with eggs and enjoyed it with pickled eggplant. I put it for you in the previous video.
After the plums were cooked, I let them cool down a little, then I removed the plums with the help of a strainer. And I put the flesh of the plums on the heat again to make it a little harder. After 30 minutes, I removed the plums from the heat. I put nylon on a flat surface and put the plums in the container and let it dry completely for 3 days in front of the sun or indoors in front of a fan.
After making pickled plums, I went into the garden in the village and plucked the grass in the garden. After that, around sunset, I spread the washed carpet to dry. I hope you like my village life. Please support me. Thank You
