Thank you for these drills, First time manager for junior league. What’s a good drill to practice pick offs?

I would. Put them into three groups. One group is on the actual mound picking to second. One group is on the 3rd base side of the mound picking to third, and the last group is on the side of the mound picking to first. This allows all three to go at the same time and get a lot of picks. Work on different kinds of picks and practice timing! Hope this helps!
