    Looks like another great update. Ugh you and those rainbow unicorn Bangs. 🤢😜 Pimento cheese and celery is a great quick snack but 100% can be made cheaper at home. I will admit I almost never make my own but it is really easy. Celery with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning is pretty popular too. Have a great weekend!

    I wish I like cottage cheese. They say it's good for us I have to try pimento cheese. Haven't had it in years but I love celery

    love that iridescent bag and your pup so cutie. i'm eating the cottage cheese with a little bit of frozen blueberries and about 2 Tbs or more of butter chopped up and it's delish. i'm doing the low carb high fat thing. with about 1 avocado per day for fat and potassium and the fiber , per stephanieketoperson on yt. i have about 4 small meals per day to work up to the full keto protocol of 220 grams of fat with minimum to moderate protein and very little carbs like 25 or less per day, but haven't gotten there. steph says lots of vegetables have oxilates, but even spinach has to be boiled/then fried to get out the oxilates i believe. she says they frack up your thyroid, kidneys, pancreas, liver, etc. it's so horrible. that's too much work for me. lol.
