This song is so hard to find. I was about 13/14, sitting at home in sweden and listening to radio with fingers on play/rec. Tuning around and all of a sudden I hear this song, about 30 seconds in and it just blew me away. The synthesizers, the aggresive yet dancable beat it was so cool and building on a long Dusseldorf legacy too

I’ve always really loved this song. It’s almost on the level sonically // compositionally of any of the tracks on DM’s “Construction Time Again” or “Some Great Reward”. The above were ‘84 and ‘83 so just 1 year away. -Fingers on play/record - that gives me such warm nostalgia :) Simpler and yes less convenient times, but I miss it so. Live sets/mixes on the radio had me glued to the pause button as well, to keep the commercials out. What’s impressive is I never had any buttons break or cave in, I was on them like a pianist ;)

DAF damals wie heute ein Gedicht !!! Sie spielen am 25.9.22 in Bielefeld !!! Ich werd auf jeden Fall dabei sein um meine Lieblings Band der NDW live zu sehen und zu hören ! Ich freu mich schon wie Oskar auf das Konzert ! 👍👍👍

Ich hätte die fast auf dem New Wave Day in Oberhausen gesehen. Aber dann kam corona und zur Zeit zum ersten lockdown ist ja leider auch noch der Gabi verstorben! Ich bin immer noch sehr traurig darüber!

WOW, what a great Piece, but I`ve never heard it in the 80`s 😳 I only got the songs they played in Berlin`s "Linientreu", "Riverboat" and "Metropol" - mostly the charts at that time. 😅 Its so sad that Gabi died so early now 😥😥 Rest in peace Mr. Delgado, we will never forget you 😍
