@@romivr03 They were truly much better than the show. But I understand. I hate rotten endings and poor construction, but he truly knows how to write. They are all like 1500 pages. But I felt I was completely engaged.

Miracles took place for this young woman, that is why we all grew to believe in her. Because she made Miracles happen. Bringing an extinct animal back to life is a miracle, freeing 250,000 people from slavery is a miracle, a woman rising up in a Man’s world is a Miracle.

I know the music is too loud and sometimes annoying haha Its been some years since I edited this and at this time I actually thought it was very well done. But I added subtitles for a 49 minutes video, which took me several hours - so Just turn off the music and listen to something else 😅 Im still happy that a lot of you either already love Dany or get to love her through this video. It is sad to know how she died..It was a fire burning me from the very beginning and it was such a bad ending. Seing her died has no justice after all the hardworks and sufferings she made.

This is an amazing compilation of Daenerys in game of thrones. She would have been an amazing queen had she have not lost it when she attacked King's landing. If only she had of stopped when the bells rang she would have been able to break the wheel and bring the seven kingdoms together.

​She was grieving the loss of everyone she'd loved up to that point... I don't blame her for not wanting to risk the little she had left. And up to that point, the bells hadn't meant "we surrender": they were a call to attack. Should she have risked the rest of her forces on the idea that they had given up?

they created one of the most beloved and revered all time. one of the few women characters who rival any and all male icons. george gave us an an icon. and then they snatch it away without any deep contemplative thought. why do we have a prequel, of her own house, if we see how aforementioned house ends ? they are winging it. dany should have had some success, we should have had a bit of hope, and then we see how her house struggled 150 years prior, this way of events, is very strange. gut wrenching. i also have to praise emilia, perhaps evern more than dany, she turned this unknown character into a worldwide phenomenon. they should hire writers to resurrect dany, in an amazing story, in a movie. it would be utterly sensational.

Right?! I loved everything up to the arena in the show. I love the arena scene in the books. I love that she’s afraid but conquers her fears. I love that she grabs the whip and hits Drogo on the nose and screams “no! No! No!” (A more confident echo of the last words of the dragon fighter… “nooo” before Drogo ate him) . You can start to see the turn in her character from dainty to wild.

That's right. I think season 8 is really terrible. Jon kills Daenerys in the same devious way he was killed by the Night's Watch. She trusted him and he betrayed her. I wish she hadn't saved him from the Night King or the zombies in Winterfell.

She had no remorse for killing thousands of innocent people in a fit of rage. She said that they used their innocence against her, basically her enemies of King's Landing used the innocent people as a shield for their own protection. So in turn, she destroyed their shield. Her plan was to continue her conquest with the same wrath to every corner of the world.

Dany freed everyone from their slavery, made a lot of sacrifice and was killed by burning the city. she took revenge on bad and perverse people.

For me she didn't need a Iron Throne or a crown made of valeryan steel or a red castle to be a queen and a khalessi, she already was a queen and a khalessi since she was born, since she was so brave in winning the love and respect of Khal Drogo and the Dothraki and how she alone with her friends lead armies to free slaves and peasents in the free cities of essos and how she conquered every battle through the pain and heartbreak of those she loved and lost, yet it was power and revenge in the form of the Iron Throne that destroyed and killed her in the end not Jon Snow, she would have been a great queen that won love, trust and respect of the people of westeros both high born and common folk like she did with the pessants and slaves of the free cities if she choosed 2 rule 4 realms, not burn King Landing and let the North to be free and built a better world not conquered but libirated not by fire and blood but of justice with mercy like no targaryen has done in my opinion

Thank you for such an amazing well-put together video about my favourite character in Game of Thrones! Sadly I dismissed the character for the first six seasons (well I basically didn't pay much attention to the show the first four seasons as I didn't believe I'd ever like it) till she met Jon. Their first conversation, and the way she cared for him made me realize how amazing she was. -I had already been spoiled she would die by the end, but I did not know how, which was also part of why I wanted to ignore her arc. But the way they wrote her ending. Going from killing the bad guys to zigzagging around a city making sure to burn every civilian, completely devastated me for the wrong reason. They could've had a happy ending for her and Jon (King and Queen, mirroring how the show started), like they did with almost all the other characters. Not just "subvert our expectations", because hah! Seeing people attempt to justify it in the comments of every video about her just makes it worse. As if 99% of people didn't have a dumb questionmark on their face when reacting to her 8x5 moment. That 1% who "I think this part where she burned a bad guy or acted tough against a stranger means she will go mad and zigzag around King's Landing!" are not smart, they're just as dumb as the writers. I pray that the Snow sequel happens, and that Bran appears in it. Uses his magic-warg-time-travel abilities to go forward in time and prevent D&D from writing such an atrocious ending for such a (atleast once, and I would assume still by those who realize how dumb this was) beloved character (and dismiss that whole Jon being a Targaryen from the books thingy, because that also ruined them for me :( *ahem*).

Lots of people here unhappy with the ending. I agreed that they should've taken more time to achieve the character arc, but the way it ended.. I loved. Have her reign until she was 90 would not have left the unforgettable impression that it did now. It moved us to no end. And so true, that the closer a person gets to ultimate power, the more it corrupts. The closer she got to the throne, the less human she became and How beautiful to see that the further from the throne cersei got, the more human she became. An inevitable human trait that even denaerys could not escape. Jon, in the end, was the only one to transcend this fate. He knew that he was the only one standing between the new "mad queen" and true freedom. So he gave up the love of his life, believing it was the right thing to do. Absolutely selfless. Absolutely worthy.

I partly understand what you mean, but I think the implementation is cruel. Unfortunately the GOT series has ruined a lot of what GRRM has built in its universe, just like that line "the gods flip a coin if a Targaryen goes mad" when there were only two "mad" kings (I would not not even count Aerys if you know his story) .... of all the kings there have been in 300 years. That's not a great record. Daenerys was always someone who showed a lot of compassion and in the end it all just went down the drain. She lost her children, her friend, she was betrayed and deceived. I'm very surprised that she didn't burn this city to the ground much sooner. Despite everything that happened, she still gave Tyrion the chance to persuade Cersei to give up. In the end, Cersei's arrogance killed this city and the really bad writing of D&D. It's not just Daenerys ... so much has been bad in season 8. The long night went on for what felt like 5 minutes and only Theon and Jorah died (again someone important to Daenerys of course). Even though Jamie, Brienne and Arya should have died, they got a big plot armour. Earlier, Arya told us how much she admires the Tagaryen, but then she despises Daenerys. She bakes pies out of random people, but says Daenerys is a murderer. Sansa is randomly rude and spiteful, Daenerys said anyone can ask for independence (like the Iron Islands) and yet Sansa petulant. Then Jamie goes to Winterfell for help, survives and immediately runs back to Cersei even though you thought he was over it ? Tyrion has lost all his intelligence since season 7 and despite everything that has happened, he sides with Cersei. And let's not start with Jon. He was raised up by Ned to be a man of honour. Someone who keeps his word. And while he swears to her again that she is always and forever his queen, he backstabbed her with a knife at a moment when she feels safe and loved, just as cowardly as the Night's Watch killed him. It is a disaster

Because Jon is weak, and Daenerys personality is strong. It doesnt take a mind like Tyrion's to know that Dany would run all over Jon. Like Varys said, "bend him to her will." Also, Jon swore fealty to Daenerys, NOT the other way around. Which means there's really not much Jon could do to keep her in check without committing treason. A fact that Daenerys would no doubt use to her advantage to make things go the way she likes them, her way.

I think from the way you write that it seems like Dany is a manipulative person who was directing Jon. She let him in without guard and suggested that they rule together. she loved jon and wanted him by her side.

I don’t think Jon was weak at all. He just believed in keeping his word. He believed that whatever I said I was going to do that I have to do that. Because once we go back on what we say I word has no value. Jon hardly acted off of impulse and Danny was more impulsive. Danny which I loved her felt that whatever she thought was right was right because she believed that. Jon wasn’t that way. I don’t think he was weak but they both just had different methods. The situation when both of them found out who he was summed up a lot for me. She was willing to omit the truth in order to achieve what she wanted and Jon wasn’t. I must live the truth even if it changes things was Jon approach. Dany was cool not revealing the truth because she felt it would change the outcome of what she wanted. I don’t feel like either was wrong.

I never ever cried so hard in my life in a movie like in this one.... When the Dragon died! Never want to see this scene again! And the end of Game of Thrones pisses me off to this day....

In fact, there were negotiations with Emilia Clarke for Daenerys to return. However, Emilia demanded "artistic freedom" (presumably because she didn't want Daenerys' character to be destroyed like that again) and HBO didn't want to grant her that. Emilia is therefore not in the show :(

My heart sinked deeply in emotion feeling her pain while she leaves her babies behind 😢😢😢 what a wonderful painful story with a lovely woman ruling 7 kingdoms even I am scared of a little spider but with this story it made me cry and brave at the same time ✊✊

the plot twist in the next season is, it was only daenery's dream that she was killed by jon snow. the truth is, jon was dead and did not come back to life

She did not deserve to die the way she did. She will forever be my favorite character in GOT. I HATE JON SNOW.

So I just watched all 8 Seasons, over the past few weeks. I soooo wanted to see Jon and Dany together ruling the kingdoms. But I also get why he had to do what he did. Especially after seeing what happened to Sam's Dad and brother. And all those innocent people! It became more of a power/ego thing. Instead of helping the less fortunate. They would have made some cute dragon babies though!

The last season was just incredibly badly written. For 7 seasons, or at least 6 seasons, Daenerys did everything she could to help vulnerable people in need. She locked away her own children to prevent anyone from getting hurt. She has looked at every crucified child and punished her way to Meereen and the Masters for it. She saves Jon's life twice. Loses one of her children as a result. Throws her mission to conquer Kings Landing overboard and helps the North (who treat her disgustingly) and in the end she loses everything and is betrayed. After all this time she suddenly goes mad and burns everything down ? It all seems so wrong.

Love this Movie!!❤❤❤

I will always get cold chills when Daenerys walks into the fire and is borne again.
