Exactly. In HOD I also like Aemond cause he is also interesting and he is somehow similar to Daemon.
One of the best characters ever in TV George rr Martin wrote him beautifully and matt Smith is perfect as daemon When daemon loves you he will give you his all But when his ur enemy expect the fire.

Aside form Jon Snow, he's my favorite character in this world, thus far. He's such a conflicted character and out of everyone, he's a hard man to read.
It never ceases to amaze me how they managed to create an incomparably greater show for half the cost...

writing in the last seasons of GoT was just mediocre, and with the glorz of the first seasons as direct comparison, it seemed even worse... and HotD is just that good, bc it gives zou back the feelings one had, when watching the first seasons of GoT (atleast thats what i think)

I generally believe that authors have their favorites when it comes to the characters they create. I mean I know how Daemon story ends but George R. Martin definitely seems to give this character a lot of tools to make him as bad ass as he can be.

I can say matt smith is a legendary actor, Daemon is complicated character he did very great work at acting it In my opinion, Viserys and Daemon are the more complex characters and the actors did more than great job
