    See, what I do not understand here is ummm.. well a couple things.For one, since when is input from subordinates necessary in deciding to change institutional policy?I do not remember employers I worked for ever at meetings asking what employees think about possible changes in policy.Number two, the excuse that there is economic turmoil is irrelevant when regarding equality.I am happy of the mention that DADT conflicts with overall military philosophy of honesty and integrity among personnel.

    "The Civil Rights Act does not cover sexual orientation" Uh, times has changed....now it does. Start progressing ToxicOdiousOne, not regressing.
