Why doesn't KZread have a ❤ button??!! This video is exciting & all heart. And what better day to publish this than Eid. Shahbaaaaaaz..... fantastic job in choosing the winner. Although I was secretly hoping the winner would be Aminia as it was the black sheep. Kintu ebar tow Dada Boudi jetei hocche. Disappointed with Arsalan though. Aminia's taste varies from outlet to outlet, the one you tasted had a yellowish colour to the rice and even the quantity was more. Thats not the case with Aminia Tollygunje outlet. The rice is white and even the quantity is much less. Undoubtedly the best is Dada Boudi, it is unbeatable !!!

All these joints are no doubt very good, but I would *really* suggest to taste the biryani from Sufi Palace (in Golden Palace hotel) at College Street! Another joint which served absolutely heavenly biryani was Haji’s in Chandni Chowk but it has been closed long since. The Kachhi Biryani from India Restaurant in Khidderpore is pretty mouth-watering as well! :)

Alright, will keep a note. Maybe not immediately, since there are too many Biryani coverages lately, but definitely can give a few of these a try in the near future.

Arselan needs to improve actually, specially in these days of more and more brands. Also Dada Boudi is love. Looking forward to a India Restaurant, Khidderpore video too sometime. Cheers!

Okay so the idea here in this video is just amazing. The whole planning and the execution is just superb. Shahbaaz Da, the review was fantastic. The way you have explained everything is just awesome. Alu, chicken, rice. Three most important elements of a Kolkata style biryani. Thanks for separate review of each. I am personally a fan of Aminia but I am supporting your verdict 100%. Dada Boudi is super affordable. I think we need more such videos from you. Battle of rolls can be a concept I guess 🤔. And lastly, thanks for the bloopers. Although I guessed this video will come 😝.

I was very sceptic about this particular video, since it didn’t have much room to show theatrics & other things. I’m glad it came off acceptably.

I can actually relate to Debrup. Man a lot of perseverance you’ve. The way Debrup is looking at the biriyani it’s making me feel that I’m seeing my own reflection in him. Now dada boudi has my 💓 heart because that’s where my taste bud for biriyani developed. I’ve a lot of memories with all the 3 brand and won’t mind a free treat from any where for that matter. 😛😛😛. “Biriyani is an emotion and not only just a food” . Good video FoodZpah. My words are same, seriously..he was waiting for the moment to swallow all the three ... he had lots of patience .. please make a video of Siraj Kolkata. ..

Finally after the long and tiring battle between the Biryanis, we have our Winner 😍 Great judgement by Shahbaaz Da. Although I’ve never tasted the Biryani from Dada Boudi, I was somehow very happy after hearing its name 😂😋 Aaaaaaaand the best part was the bloopers🤣🤣 Last retake ta was the best. Shahbaaz da: “Jo galti hoga wo kaat denge” Right after that, you couldn’t control your laugh and both of you forgot the lines only 😂 Totally enjoyed the video till the very last minute 🤩 Eid er din Biryani battle... ar ki chayi😝 Great job done by FoodZpah ❤️

Haven't tried from Dada Boudi yet.. basically I prefer Arsalan's biriyani but the smell and the taste is somehow missing these days..(My personal opinion) And I tried Aminia's biriyani 5-6times sometimes it was so good and sometimes biriyani was not upto the mark.. But sure I'll try Dada Boudi's Biriyani next and I'll give my personal opinion.. 😅🤭

Always a fan of aminia's from childhood. Tried dada boudi for the first time a month ago, It was really good but Felt that it was lil bit overrated and full marks for the chunk of mutton. I didn't get that big chunk of mutton though instead they give me a meat sized aloo just double of the size you got. But when you are around barrackpore then dada boudi is the only place to go to. Coming back to aminia Im glad that you liked and felt good that they are maintaining there taste and quality of the food. FoodZpah and I had the same kind of experience when it comes to Arsalan. Sad. Anyways it was a great video enjoy throughout and also very detailed video from starting to end. Bring some more these kind of food war videos in future. All the best.❤️

The good old taste of my grandfather s' magical hands the creator and owner of aminia . It made me feel very nice to see people enjoying it and one more thing is that you may try the aminia special which is a secret recepie .

I would prefer Arsalan only, because it maintains that authentic flavour of the biryani with the perfect balance of oil and spices. However there's another small restaurant called Zafran near Entally. Since you guys love biryani, might as well try the beef biryani there. I haven't ordered since the lockdown but I've had it from there countless times before and it's simply delicious. Give it a shot.

You should try biriyani (Hyderabadi) by kilos for home delivery.... The biriyani comes in a clay pot...... the freshness and the heat is retained which is lost when comes in a fibre or plastic pot and that makes a huge variation in taste. Do try their mutton shami kabab too.

It's really really a good one. Much needed as well, the epic battle of the biryanis. Good to see aminia keeping themselves constant in terms of quality n quantity....not deteriorating with time. Dada boudi is something very worthy of their hype. Great honest review....nd Arsalan, it wasn't your day. It doesn't mean you are less of anything....but it's like you didn't perform on the big stage. 🥺 I myself voted for aminia during your poll btwn Aminia/Arsalan Vlog. And though am not into the winning choice but wasn't disappointed to vote for Aminia. ❤️

The big issue is Dada Boudi is not opening a branch in South Kolkata .

A bit surprised about the mutton at ArSalan. Generally they provide a good piece, not to compare with Dada Boudi though. Regarding Aminia, not sure where you got it from - Esplanade or Gol Park/elsewhere. Pleasantly surprised that it competed so well with Dada Boudi. Need to revisit 😁

I’m liking how you’re actually watching the entire videos very thoroughly before commenting.

At the outset, 2 minutes of silence for Debrup. Control karna to koi inse sikhe. Coming to biryanis, I think you could have added the Biryani from Oudh1590 too. According to me, the meat quality is the best there. And otherwise..... I do not care which Biryani is better, byas biriyani holei holo. Are pagla, Biryani is not a menu re, it iz an iimmossion re pagla.

If you can please try Anokha Bagicha r biryani near park circus seven point. It is located just opposite park sweets.It is close to the Arsalan near Bethune college. It is a hidden gem. The restaurant is very small.Order their Handi biryani.
