Army here. Surgery didn’t go well. They found metastatic cancer on my liver they cut that out but recommend more chemo and some other things then go back and do the surgery again. I’m not a quitter god will get me through. Still continue to pray for me and my mental health and happiness. I so want to live life with my grandchildren and family and BTS FOREVER. THEY FOUND ME. JK is the primary writer and producer of Magic Shop. It’s a song very dear to Army’s Purple Heart, and a source of great comfort and, often, tears.

Our bunny wrote this song for ARMY. They see us as family, like ARMY sees them as home, that JK wanted us ARMY to have a Magic Shop to come to for comfort, 24/7 - day and night. This song is special to ARMY and BTS, and it often brings tears of comfort and happiness. They show us the best of them, ARMY shows the best of us to them 💜

Jimin's voice is so beautiful

Fan made videos are okay when there's no original MV. However the live in Japan for this song is so good. The guys are singing dressed in black glitter suits on this big stage caressing the crowd it's really a no miss video. 💜 My recommendation would be to ask for links from the subscribers I try to supply them if I have a specific one in mind. Or always look for BTS original content. And that's the last alternative, choose the video with the highest views. You can't miss.

It is so rare to find a musical group that is better live than in studio, but that’s BTS. This song hits different live. So much emotion.

This is truly a special song for both bts and army. When Jungkook does the call back randomly gives me chills

When I'm struggling with my chronic illness or bouts of depression, I always listen to this song and sing 'I'll show you' as a mantra to keep fighting through.

This song is the reason I'm alive is it wasn't for the song being so beautiful my life would have ended in 2020 it has so much meaning! The magic shop is as real as the scars is on our hearts! Stage mixes are okay for banger songs but for the most emotional ones they really do a disservice to the song it takes you out of it and distracts from the heart of the message

‘Magic Shop’ is a reference to the band's song ‘Best of Me’. BTS describe the way they became who they are now, which is the best versions of themselves. It was the fans that made BTS believe in themselves and do everything they could to do what they really love in the future. At the 2018 Comeback Show Preview in LA, Taehyung said they were inspired by RM's speech at the end of last year's MUSTER: And the beginning of this song was a commentary RM made at our concert. His commentary was amazing. RM replied: ‘I said you can do it because you are the one who found us and recognised us. I said if you find the galaxy in your heart and open the door, you will find a new space. That sounds like magic.’

The Magic Shop has been very special to me during the hiatus. It was literally a place to return in our hearts when missing the guys. I was once very upset and happened to hear a song Yoongi had helped write. You recently reacted to it... Let Go. And I was mad at myself for not being able to let go of my late husband. And I wrote a fan letter to YoonKi just ranting that I was NOT going to "Let Go" of the music too on top of everything else. Instead, I was going to sit my "A" down on the steps of The Magic Shop and wait... because I knew wherever he was and whatever he was doing... that he was still writing music, and I would wait at The Magic Shop for It. Since JK was the main writer... I still joke in chats that we needed to clean up The Magic Shop because it got trashed during JK's livestreaming era as we all went a bit crazy... especially JK. It was epic, and a lot more was served to drink than tea. 😅😂

Correct me if I am wrong, wasn’t TEAR actually written about that time, and Let Go is a song someone else wrote, but the Lyrics fit so well. I’m only a fan since Jan, 2023, so I may have heard wrong or remember it wrong. It’s really cool being an 86 yr old ARMY. I’m about to turn 69. I love that there are many of us in the grandparent / great grandparent age group.

@@Imme_begin OK, I looked this up: TEAR was written by RM, SUGA and HOPE and was announced 4/16/18. when the three of them was thinking about breaking up. LET GO is one of their Japanese songs written by Hiro, Sunny Boy, UTA and our dear WWH Jin. Some say LET GO is not one of BTS' break up songs; however, it is a sad, beautiful songs and well performed by them.
