Sir, actually most structured PhD applications start by end of October, while last date for DAAD scholarship is on 20/10, which also needs PhD acceptance from the university. Please let me know how can I apply for the scholarship because I cannot apply until my PhD application is accepted while scholarship deadline is already over before getting accepted.

Language skill required for daad epos are ielts or toefl but the program i choose from epos list accepts language proficiency certificate of my bachelor's institute. Is that enough or do i still need ielts/toefl?

I have a question sir. There is an important note for DAAD scholarship like if I apply for 3 programmes, i need to submit one motivation letter explaining why i am choosing these courses and why i choose that priority. Yes in most cases this is important and it is depend on specific programs in which you will apply. So check ur program requirements

PHD is like a job . You can apply but it’s difficult to get even with publications

2 year Experience is required to apply. Moreover I think there is no program for English literature for daad scholarship. You can try erausmus scholarhsip

University requirements is different and daad requirements is different. U can check scholarship requirements in daad website if they say our requirements is similar as university requirements then u do not need IELTS

You have 16 years of education you are eligible but it also require Relevancy of your bachelor degree with master intended course And 2 years work experience
