If Dirk wasn't a regional sales manager, he would make a great radio/voice over announcer.
Haley is a rock star! So calm, so self assured, so smiley/happy.

As a Captain for Southwest Airlines, thank you for the SWA shoutout. Have enjoyed watching your DA62 checkout. Looks like an exciting and amazing GA aircraft. Well done and it looked like Dirk was a pleasure to fly with. Lots of good solid information he shared with you. It will always be a part of your career regardless where or what you end up flying for a living. Best wishes and clear skies...
Haley another beautiful flight thank you so very much for sharing this experience with us in the DA-62 and as always fly safe and please keep on making your videos

Thankyou, appreciate it! I’m glad you enjoyed the flight 😊
another nice video, two in the plane makes it more interesting, THANK YOU
Haley, I am an old retired guy who watches planes and motorcycles on KZread. My niece is in Aerospace at MTSU. I guess you will eventually ferry a plane to Murphreesboro or Shelbyville. I think they fly D40s and C172s. I like the way you talk to yourself when recalling your checklist. Keep learning. I rode 80 miles yesterday on my 99 Honda Magna. Got to keep current on perishable skills. Bye, Barry

Great video and beautiful plane. I sat in a DA62 at the factory in London, Ontario and I was blown away by the spacious and luxurious cabin! Blue skies!
Howdy airport hangar neighbor! I found your channel and I am loving it! Mr Dirk should’ve been an airline pilot, he has that Captain’s radio voice. He needs to throw more “ummms” in there. Its fun watching you fly!
All the Diamonds look great! That DA62 just looks fast. Thank you for all of your work.
I am new to your channel as of 10 minutes ago. I am hooked on it. Of course your smile and laugh makes it nice
Always fun to watch. Thank you for bringing us along.
Oh no…the Hayley Effect! Great flight, great video…thanks for taking me along 🤗
Thanks for the flight along .....I Love flying barley above the clouds , i remember one flight i took right seat & my Right side view was all clouds & left View was all clear to ground what an beautiful flight it was
Yay Hayley! One million+ views! 👏
Love that plane. One of my favorites on MSFS.
Well done Hayley Herberger. That was a good flying of you from DA 62 Ferry from St. Louis to Dallas. You will be an excellent and a professional pilot Hayley someday. My best wishes for you.
Another Great Flight Hayley.
Love the flight. Thank you.
Amazing video ✈️🛫!!
Nice video, awesome job. It's so amazing and wonderful. The plane of my dreams!🥰
Checking in from the 🇬🇧. Love this young woman.
Good morning from Minnesota! Great episode!
Thats a great flight in a perfect aircraft!!!!!!👍
Such a slick bird. It looks like it's approaching Vne just sitting on the ramp.😎
I have always admired Diamond's paint work/schemes; great looking plane.
You and Dirk are smooth flying buddies. Hope we’ll see more vids from the both of you.
great watching you two. so calm and professional. great video. thank you
Beautiful plane! Must be amazing to Fly! Dirk seems to be an amazing Co-Pilot & instructor!
Great video, it felt like I was right there with you guys. Great job Hayley!
I was just listening to the video in the background and I hear VBT. I'm so glad Bentonville has been causing good impressions across the aviation community. Kind regards from a CFI at VBT
Great job Hayley! We love The Original Pancake House. Fantastic breakfast place!!
Keeo TYour focus faqr out ahead of those two engines!! Happy checkout !
I enjoyed that one and the other. Love the Diamond aircraft. I would have liked to see a bit more of the forward view on occasion.
Great content
Man I want to go up in one of those 62’s so bad. Such an awesome plane
Nice flight, thanks! Would've liked to see your food orders. Maybe it's just me, but airport "club" food always looks great.
I had to laugh when I saw you looking at the approach plate on your phone - I thought "now there's an example of younger eye balls" as I view mine on my iPad mini
In my 62 I use COM1 for weather and ground and COM2 for approach and cruise etc. Reason being, when you are departing again, COM1 is active before the avionics master is turned on and so I already have the frequencies I need all dialled in from the arrival. Just something that makes life a little more straightforward. Great videos 👌
PLEEZE have Dirk along on other flights! I think I could just about log some training time myself!
Did I here him say these diesels take time to get up operating temperature? this plane is a diesel engine . And great flight ,bravo and cheers from Toronto.

That was cool
Watching from NZ.
Dirk should let you hand fly the approach. Automation can makes pilots lazy and can lead to trouble. Stay sharp, keep those skills tuned up for when you need them. Don't be a an autopilot pilot. I have a friend who flew a turbocharged A-36 Bonanza for years. The aircraft was packed with state of the art avionics and he always used the autopilot. He flew with one of those little jet pilot headsets (the ones with the little wire for a mouthpiece.) So, he and his wife were flying in IFR over Missouri when they hit a huge Canadian goose. The windscreen exploded and the goose came into the cockpit. He found himself unable to communicate with ATC because that little headset was ripped off his head. A 130 MPH wind was hitting him in the face, he could hear nothing, his eyes were injured from debris, and the autopilot disengaged. He admitted it had been so long since he had practiced hand flying the airplane in IFR under emergency conditions that he lost control of the airplane for a moment. Thank God muscle memory kicked in and he got the aircraft back under control and made an emergency landing at... Bentonville, Arkansas. Now he flies with a heavy duty David Clark headset, hand flies IFR approaches every other trip, and practices emergency procedures in IFR and VFR conditions regularly. Each time I see him and his wife, I am amazed that they are still with us.
You are a very competent pilot!

Winds were variable, it made sense to go straight in until we were handed off to CTAF and heard traffic was landing North. Joined the pattern with everyone else, so no was not on a 25 final and yes, did see what the traffic at bentonville was doing

I don't remember your vid showing the Bentonville FBO and restaurant last time. I see why you like it!
Great choice for breakfast in Chesterfield Valley. Eaten at that Original Pancake House many times.
If you are willing to fly all the way to Panama City Beach I will be happy to help you with your Avionics’s upgrade. We could maybe get Garmin to spring for some of your upgrades. Just a thought. Either way, nice video. I enjoy watching you grow as a pilot.
Awesome
It just looks Fast!
That aircraft is beautiful. Wish I had a couple of million to burn to get one. For now Ill fly my TB10
Hi haley 😊 I love your channel . Will you be doing videos of you upgrading 5NC ? We would love to see them . Fly safe xx
Dirk's explanation of the difference of the engine fuel was very interesting. A video of you flying an electric plane would so cool. Thank you for a fascinating flight.
Enjoy your videos very much you got me want to fly that aircraft on flight simulator 2020 I'll see you in the air
DA62 vs DEBI.. What a difference. Great flight and no snacks.. (?) I guess lunch was the 'snacks'. What's the rule with the canopy? Are you're able to taxi to the pre-takeoff point without issues? Do you have to maintain any speed with the canopy open? That looked so cool. Love the DA62.. wow. Just wow!
Ahh taking off from ksus i see in chesterfield mo i fly at the airport i have my plane in the hanger over there where you were holding short 😂
I want one 😁 Dreaming
Well done Hayley! The engine out looked like a non-event. I wonder how closely the simulated loss matches the real loss in the DA-62.
Hey you flew right above me, I live in Mckinney. how long are you here in Dallas?! Man I LOOVE that airplane!
@30:21 - "I thought, this was what Dirk would do." 😂
The center stick looks fun but do you ever worry about bumping the stick if you get restless legs and need to adjust sitting position while on autopilot?
Hey Haley noticed you transition from holding the joystick from palm down during take-off to a vertical grip in cruise. Keen to understand why?
Nice video. It would be very helpful to be able to see the panel with one more camera.
Diesel engines??? Cool. Didn’t know airplanes used diesel engines. Do most airports have diesel fuel for sale?

Going a little fast 💨 😂
DA72 looks nice. What is the distance and longest flight time? A poem the airman by W. B. Yeats is about being a poilet in wartime. Fly High.
The few times I've flown to Dallas I have only been to DFW and not to DAL. I fly international cargo.
The real diamond is the pilot Hayley.
Are the windows just a single layer of polycarbonate? no issues with condensation and such?
Hey Hayley, love the videos! I was looking into the option of becoming a ferry pilot, but it seems a little difficult to find jobs in that field in the SoCal area. Any tips you can share or where to look for those positions?

Bentonville should just be called "Walmart Field"
home of Wal Mart air
I cry for all the brand new Mercedes cylinder heads and accessories thrown in the discard pile to make these engines.
Hi beautiful, I see you here from Brazil, as always, bringing good videos, I would like to see you flying a Syrian kiss, I admire your courage and intelligence ❤️
Dirk sounds like a smart bumbling joe
Walmarts home is bentonville
Please tell me you tried the apple pancake at The Original Pancake House.
Every time I called a TwinStar a "Diamond" ATC yelled at me.
he's thee pilot voice. all other male pilots want it but fall way short.
I can't believe you didn't invite me. I could've sat in the back with your luggage. What are you doing Saturday?

What is the frequency Kenneth?
Your job reminds me of the US WASP program during WWII and the tremendous job some 1200 ladies did for our country moving aircraft from MFG's and various airports all around the US to free up more men for combat flights. They became capable of flying every type of aircraft the men flew during their short two year period of service. I believe about 34 young women lost their lives in the process.
All DA's look like a drumstick from the side.
