I hope the Feds got the goods. The way it often goes is they flip someone... Higgins on the stand testified to committing several federal crimes despite his lawyer being right there to advise him. Does Higgins already have a deal with the Feds? Maybe. There's evident rampant corruption. The Karen Read aspect of this may end up being a minor part of it.

Does Lizzy Proctor also support her husband 100% in believing Karen Read is a babe?

If this case has taught me anything it’s first of all stay out of Massachusetts. Secondly if the police want to prosecute you they will make the evidence fit, no matter the truth.

Did you know that in the last 30 years, more than 183 men who were on death row awaiting their own execution have been exonerated and released because of new technology proving their innocence. There are many many more serving life sentences that are innocent, but those on death row are first priority. It's estimated that more than 11% of current inmates are actually innocent of the crimes that put them in prison. Sad.

Anyone who has spent 5 or more years in the Commonwealth knows this bit of reality: Alcoholism positively RAGES throughout society, has for 100+ years, and infects each and every level of law enforcement, the judicial system and the gargantuan extended families of everyone employed within the public sector. It's been so bad for so long that for any of us with the requisite experience seeing it up close, we're numb to it - it's an eternal, endless set of the same jokes, because if one doesn't find some escape from it, one will join it and circle the same drain that about 15 of the Prosecution witnesses are now circling, personally, emotionally, professionally, and ultimately, socially.

Nobody ever gets charged with that. Only time someone is charged for that is when they lie to the feds, and the feds wanna force you into a plea deal. Like they did to Trumps people. I’m a nurse too. O’Keefe’s injuries do not match up with a vehicular hit. There would be other injuries more congruent if so. The assertion by the state that this was is patently absurd.

John's best friend spoke with Boston 5 and believes Karen is guilty. I certainly do not, i followed the science. I'm running out of sympathy, no excuse for stupidity and blaming Karen with so very much more than reasonable doubt.

Paul O’Keefe is just sad. He blames Karen Read supporters for only listening to one side. But he also said he and his mother decided Karen was guilty on the morning of the 29th because she didn’t act “right.” At that that point Canton Police thought it was a DV incident. That made no sense so they had to come up with something else to pin it on her. Pretty obvious they never liked her. No wonder she didn’t expect to have further contact with them. What descent person would want to? So Paul O’Keefe sat through the whole trial having no intention of actually listening to the evidence because he already “knew” she was guilty. It didn’t matter how much the evidence showed she didn’t do it. His mind was made up. I’m sorry for the loss the family has experienced, but the blind hatred for an innocent woman leaves me with no sympathy from this point forward.

I'd never heard of Karen Read until the trial started. I couldn't believe what i was hearing throughout this trial. I watched the entire trial and fully believe Karen is factually INNOCENT. It's so sad to see the O'Keefe family believing she is guilty. They've been listening to the McAlberts for so long I dont think they even want to imagine that they could be responsible for John's death. I don’t fault them. They desperately want answers and accountability for their son, brother, uncle. Keep in mind, the DA would have met with the O’Keefe’s more than once to discuss the case and their view of what happened so they are inclined to believe what the DA tells them. They’re the ones who prosecute so I understand their position. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute and you would probably feel the same way. It’s a highly emotional situation so it’s difficult to see beyond what’s already been presented to you from the ‘good guys.’ I do think Officer John O’Keefe’s father has struggled with Karen’s guilt. I don’t know that he believes she did it.

My father was taken at the hands of another (hitchhiker he picked up; it was in the mid-1970’s; was very common at that time, but still risky and sadly for my dad and us, he picked up a criminal. So I understand their need for answers and justice. They just have no idea that they have sadly been misinformed. Maybe it will click one day? Maybe not. It’s all very sad and tragic. Because MSP are rotten from the very top to the bottom. That press release about taking immediate action regarding Proctor was total BS. They knew and did nothing. If KR had been found guilty nothing would have been done about Proctor. You can see that by him still being lead on the Brian Walsh investigation. He was going to keep on as he always had. But with the hung jury, he became the scapegoat for the failed prosecution. MSP will do everything they can to avoid taking action about anyone else so The Canton Thug Club can keep going along as they always have. But everyone in Norfolk branch of MSP need to go. Better if it includes loss of pension and jail time.

I had decided that Court T V is very biased long ago. I also think that they are tainting juror selection and very possibly influencing the jury after the trial begins. On the other hand, I believe that sunshine should definitely be shown on trials, Federal trials included. SO there needs to be an unbiased long term study on this issue. Every time you have a major network involved, there is bias. Look at how they report the news. Possibly Congress needs to get involved over the biased networks, but they never get anything settled. They just argue, argue, argue!!! I don’t know what the answer is, but there needs to be one. Heaven help the poor people who are trying to see both sides of the issues. God help this country!!!!!

Don't expect them to be held to account either ....Guarino the mastermind of not finding anything on anyones phones including Sandra Birchmore and her cop boyfriend as well as Jen McCabes ....has now been promoted to the DA office in the role of Detective investigating SA crimes!! You honestly just couldn't make it up!! Guarino was part of the cover up team along with Goode, Lank, Gallagher, Fallwell, Kevin Albert .....they investigated Sandras case and made it all go away!! Now it's been proved that Sandra was M******d and DID NOT unalive herself like they claimed!! They then renewed the contract of Cheif Rafferty just last month ...yet the inverted video came from her used in Karens trial!!

They started the last two experts on defense were hired by FBI the judge would not let the defense tell jury all he could ask who paid you they said it was not the defense or prosecution it kinda slipped by people

I agree they all need to be held responsible for their lies and criminal conduct. However I don’t think the FBI or anyone will move forward and charge people. Now how could THAT happen? A police wife? That delayed all help for at least 15 minutes! If she had told them "Hey guys, a college of yours is down. We need urgently help!" They would have instantly put all other stuff on hold to get to him! At least I hope so. But after seeing the quality of their "thorough and impartial investigation" I guess that's not how they do it in Canton MA! 🤷🏻‍♂️😒
