I just received my watch in the mail and there is a little piece of plastic locked onto the dial that has to be removed before you can use the watch but I cannot figure out how to remove it. I've tried pulling on it in different directions but it just doesn't budge.

Talk After Tap is AI voice. Say you want to know the weather . Tap and you'll see lines moving, means it's listening to you. Then say " what's the weather" and the AI voice gives you the weather

I think you can only add phonebook numbers manually

On IOS phone, it seems the only way to change time (back to standard time)s is to disconnect from the app and re-connect 😞

I set the active time to 7am to 7am so that it starts counting my setps in the morning instead of midnight. Then I reset my watch and it zeroed out my steps. I've set my stide length...but still the watch counts steps while I'm sitting...a lot of steps.

Guys i just figured out what's going on, i did a test with the cellphone steps count (not using the dat fit app) and everytime i move the smartphone the step counter starts to work, im talking about shaking the cell phone. Then i checked my mom smart watch which is xiaomi and also detects my mom arms moves as steps so it seems like this is pretty standard behavior. Cause behind the scenes is not really counting steps but estimates the count based on the moves. Give it a try and shake your smartphone and check the steps with the Samsung app or whatever app your cellphone use.

I can’t set it to my actual weight. I’m 310 and it only goes up to 250. Also it never tracks my sleep.

watch is great, however the stepscounter doesn't work. all the other features do. I have reset the watch but still doesn't work . have checked the software is up to date. how do i get the steps counte working please

@@dalglad this watch can't be changed from left to right hand. It can't even be changed to monitor sleep during the day. It's all around a very disappointing watch. I wore it for 2 days and now it just sits on the table. The only reason I wanted it was for the step counter and that feature is wildly inaccurate. It said I got 503 steps in while I was sleeping. Waste of money and time trying to figure it out (which I did, it's simple)

In dafit steps. It says "beyond 76% people go farther. " does this mean I've taken more steps than 76% of people. Given it says 50% of people when i only do 9,000 steps.

I can’t find notifications

Poor information on loading the Da Fit App. No discussion of the the permissions requested (it is NOT enough to simply accept on permissions.) This App wants to send data outside your phone. Do another video and show how the App works if ALL permissions are denied. i.e. Contact personal data is unnecessary (name, birthday, address etc. etc.), only the phone numbers are needed to answer or make calls.

You have to go to sleep and it starts when you're sleeping. There is no way to change the cycle for shift workers. It only works for night time sleeping.

@@drbabydoll755 you probably have to set when it starts recording. I set mine from 7pm to 7am. Has to be a 12 hour cycle. I can't remember where to set that. I'll have a look and get back to you later today.
