His spirit is exactly the same with and without the facial hair. His head is bald, too. Same positive energy when he had long, beautiful dreads, too. :-)

I had the pleasure of going to their concert last night in Durham, NC. When they performed that song, Raphael Saadiq was sure to acknowledge the fact that he was influenced/inspired by Al Green. It was an awesome concert. I am seriously considering going to see them again when they return to my area later this month. 😊

@@misternell09 I was there but I was working so I really couldn't enjoy it the way I wanted too. It was a Dynamite show. Now I want to travel to go see them somewhere so I can party and enjoy like you all did last night. 😁
