Agreed. I thought Flawless was on track to win until that performance D-Smoke did with Miguel. Flawless was good but he came off as a bit of a try-hard (which isnt bad) while D-Smoke was just authentic and humble as fuck the entire time.

When he taught at Westchester he had my daughter in his class and my child said he was an amazingly cool guy...

Yes - they are brothers - same mother and father. DSmoke was in a group who toured w/ Kendrick and TDE for 1.5 years a couple years back. Smoke also already has an ASCAP writing award. He's far from new.
