Hey! Good pod, but I need yall to be more responsible with the Meg Tory take. Tory got 10 years minimum was 9 yrs so it was not excessive. Plus, his charges were more than just him shooting Meg. He had probation violations, fire arms violations and his behavior also contributed to him getting the extra year. He is and was not remorseful for what he was found guilty. His previous behavior of fighting ex. August Alsina ect... His atrocious social media behavior on top of his lyrics in his music. Tory has shown just who he is despite his many letters and his good father plea.... people see through all that. If he didn't do it then say who the f did...or take the charge like a G. Now, he is still trying to harass her in the media. He needs to sit down and do his time. Hopefully, he learns.

HE WAS NEVER ON PROBATION. Literally the judge and prosecutors confirmed he was NOT on probation the first week of trial. Also that was NOT his gun. He was quiet for months after this situation while Meg went on live multiple times and made multiple post. She was mad at internet and comments and blaming it on Tory. He was mute. Meg literally mad a diss song to him so he cant put his truth in his music? Yall are sad af. Stop the lies.

The big part that is being missed in the whole Tory story is that Meg actually hooked Kelsey up with Tory because she knew her friend had a crush on him. They been dealing with each other for a while, then Megan told Kelsey that they need to fall back from each other due to it being a conflict of interest if she ever wanted to work with Tory. Kelsey stopped dealing with Tory as he got closer to Meg. And that night everything went down, is when it all hit the fan apparently. That sounds more like a motive for things to go the way it did, rather than Megan telling Tory, he’s not on the charts. I agree that he handled this case poorly on his behalf, but it was too much reasonable doubt in this case to convict someone of 10 years.

Kelsey basically says Meg snaked her with her dude which is what they were fighting about meg tells tory to tell her about us.They brawl outside before the events of the shooting. Kelsey also mentioned this is like the 3 or 4th time Meg had done this to her.

There was no reasonable doubt. The victim of the shooting got on the stand and said that he shot her. The perpetrator of the crime had no defense. First his defense was that she never got shot, then it was that she did get shot but it wasn’t him it was Kelsey, then his lawyers said okay he did because he has trauma and substance abuse issues and needs rehab, and now he’s saying he’s innocent. I hate to break it to you but if someone changes their story that much and can’t come up with a solid defense, that person is typically lying. Everyone knows he shot her. He might have done it by accident, but lying is a huge part of the reason he didn’t get any leniency. All he had to say was that it was a drunken accident and that he didn’t intend to actually hurt her, and he might have actually gotten probation. But the way he turned the whole case into a media circus back fired big time. Ask any legal expert and they will tell you… he was NEVER going to get away with this and acting like he was made it worse for him. It’s sad
