Dêrgal (Dawn), the first track of the upcoming album. The beginning of the day just before the New Moon. A celebration to the morning, to awakening, to the dawn and the moment of light before the great darkness that will announce a new cycle.
This is the first videoclip (of sorts) I've created for this project. I had fun recording the moments. All set in Portugal, at:
Marvão and Serra de São Mamede;
Nisa;
Covilhã and Serra da Estrela;
Guarda;
Sintra.

Wow. I can feel my feet grow roots into the deep dark earth and the drum resonates the heartbeat of my body and sweet mother earth. We are one. To become one with the earth, is to know who you are. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏 P. S. I imagine myself sitting in that dolman and hearing the drumming of 10,000 years reverberate through my soul.

Wonderful imagery! Sometimes it eases my mind to think about a cavern and a fire going in the middle. There's nothing else, just darkness and the light of the fire. Beating the drum, gently falling into a deep slumber, to awake huddled up against the wall and my body turned into that of a big furry creature. Looking at the entrance of the cave, the soft blue light of the morning shining through, a gentle nip in the air and the birds singing.

Thank you my friend. At instagram, eventually (after the release of this album) I'll be asking people to choose the song they like the most so I can make a single out of it, by extending it. I'll eagerly wait for the choices :D
So deep , so grounding, so soothing! Apart from being hauntingly beautiful in every way! I feel gently rocked into communion with the natural world. This will be one of my favourites, I’ll come back to it often.
Feels like you are stimulating the vagal nerve big time in this. There is a power in this. Really great stuff.

Sounds very "authentic". Were those Amanita Muscaria mushrooms (2:10)? Was a bit hard to make out. They obviously hold a special significance :)
