Yes it is. It's.a banger of a tune & came out right at a time during the height & arguably the golden era of dance music. But its later use by a self serving politician and a major political party, to D-Ream's regret I'm sure, have marred it a little.

Trust me, in this world, things can get a lot worse. Science tells people things WILL be getting pretty bad. The current and next generations will have to pay for that life without worries or concern you were leading back then. And by supporting inequality at an increasing rate, you've pretty much knocked the support from underneath those generations too, making it even harder to clean up your mess. But sure, go complain about how people used to be more positive and happier...
